Montecito Apartments, Rancho Cucamonga CA

I’ve lived here 5 years and the staff and neighbors are great. Love seeing the neighborhood kids playing and they are always very respectful.
Whenever I need something fixed it gets done right away. Never feel like I’m bugging them. I was able to go to the Quakes game that was put together by the social director and we had a blast I’m not always able to go to a lot of events cause I don’t get home in time but when I do they do a great job.
The only reason I gave 4-Stars because the rent has gone up so much since I’ve moved in, but sadly that is every where.
UPDATE after I wrote this review they raised my rent $166 a month

We have been living here for about two months and we absolutely love it. It’s quiet, pet friendly, and clean. The maintenance team is amazing and very friendly.

These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I love living here. Quiet, safe, beautiful, nice neighbours, great schools, and great location for shopping. It's nice to be able to walk to parks and the elementary school. The heated swimming pool and the gym are nice. The office staff and maintenance guys are friendly and very prompt. We always enjoy the events they have.

To us, it is not an apartment complex but our home, my family and I love it here! Staff is very friendly and maintenance staff is so quick in responding to any service requests!

We have been living in these apartments for over 5 years me and my wife are an elderly couple and I would say out of no where it’s gotten bad due to management.they let just who ever live here I stay across the parking lot from 5 grown men not sure their nationality, but these guys are constantly in the parking lots at night screaming with each other, constantly roaming the parking lots snooping at people cars and people garages just looking for what ever they can find it seems, collecting groceries carts leaving them around the property, cigarette butts all over and sometimes they even cross to our side of the parking lot and will be walking around looking in peoples porches and just snooping around! Many neighbors have complained about these problems management doesn’t care, and it’s multiple apartments like this.we aren’t sure what apartment they belong to I just know it’s the bottom corner apartment in the 11343 building facing the parking lot but these guys are a nuisance! Clean this place up!
