1 I have recently moved out from Monterey Village apartment (2,5 weeks ago) and let me tell you - this is one of the best apartments I’ve lived.
Some units can be outdated (mine was) but that didn’t affect my stay.
First and foremost - Lupita, property manager, is AMAZING. She listens, if there is a problem with maintenance it gets taken care of same day. Plus she has great personally and always a pleasure talking to her.
There is a washer and dryer hook ups that you can rent from a third party.
The property is clean, well maintained. Very family oriented community, you won’t hear loud noises, parties or anything like this.
Oh and my move out deposits was calculated accordingly without any extra surprise charges!
Highly recommend renting from this place!
