This company does NOT deserve 1 star. Do not order from them! This is such a small dinky company with the WORST customer service in the planet. No Supervisors. The same lady that answers the phone and does NOT help. She has no idea what the heck is going on with any order you have ever placed, refuses to look it up or take responsibility for the order. I ordered over $500 of Montessori materials in July and only got part of my order. It’s now October. I still have not received my other items. When I call the lady says they’re in back order. Then she says she’ll send them as soon as possible. Then I ask for a date and she can’t give me a date or anything about the order. This company is a Joke! Order good materials from a reputable company. This isn’t worth anyone’s time or money. Don’t support it!

The WORST costumer service I had ever received in my Montessori purchases. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them and the materials have been backordered for 6 months, never answer emails, calls and the supervisor was so rude when I was inquiring time frame of my materials that I had purchased several months ago. If you are a school, teacher, or parent DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The materials aren't that great, they are cheap but don't last long. There's other business who have great materials with the same prices. Bruins, Alison's, Montessori Services.

It has been 12 days and they still haven't even shipped my order. I emailed with no response, now I called and they said it will be another 2-3 weeks to receive my orders. Seems crazy that it takes 4-5 weeks to receive an order. Disappointing to say the least.

I placed and paid for an order on May 2022 and only received 1 item out of the 10 I ordered. I have called several times in the past year and have been given many excuses. I asked for a refund back in April of 2023 and finally received it last week only to discover that the check was made payable to me personally, instead of to the school. The customer service representative I spoke with earlier today had the audacity to laugh at me! I'm so surprised that this company is still in business, their customer service is awful. From now on, will only order from them as a last resort.

Montessori outlet is consistently the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over the years I have ordered hundreds and hundreds of dollars from them and the experience is the same: all purchased items show as available on their website when in fact they are not. Each time that I’ve called in I am on hold for sometimes hours and when I do get through the manager, Isabell, Interrupts my explanation of problems several times and is one of the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. They make excuses for their poor behavior and poor service and explain that the items shown as available on their website are in fact not. I’ve waited sometimes months for a purchase to arrive.they don’t send receipts after purchases either. When I called in with a problem with an order this last time the same manager Isabel made many excuses for the fact that my items would not be arriving that they were not in stock and she told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else and hung up on me.

I ordered materials to take to my country, they never arrived.
They said that the order doesn’t exist but I got an e-mail with the order number and their logo.
Cancel my credit card because I don’t even know if their website is trustable after this incident.
For our non profit school was a big loss, trip supposed to save us a lot of money in shipping fees to South America.
Not a serious company! Don’t trust!
