Worse place i was calling to sew if they have jeweler to do repair job the guy just hang up on me never happened with never go this place.

Couldn't recommend this spot enough. Joe was exceptional to work with for our wedding bands. He works closely with you to understand exactly what you want and gives expert advice for the design. I love space and really wanted a meteorite wedding band. Joe showed me some examples he had in the store and was able to make me a custom meteorite and 14k gold wedding band that I love.

There's no one else I'd trust in making my future jewelry - thank you Joe and the rest of the Montrose Jewelers team for everything!

My review is long overdue, I am so incredibly happy I put my trust in Joe and Greg for my upgraded engagement ring. Joe was incredibly helpful in helping me and my husband design my dream ring. I never thought I'd find the perfect stone that I had been searching for for all these years until one day I spontaneously walked into the store with no intention of really buying a new ring. I couldn't believe they had what I had been looking for all these years. Originally the diamond was set in a different setting and although that setting was beautiful it was not the gold color I had envisioned for my ring. The diamond was pulled from its original setting (basically destroyed the setting) to then be reset in a custom setting of my choice. Joe and Greg truly turned my dream ring into reality.

I walked in today to get a battery change on my watch. I have to say the service was great and they were able to get to it quickly. It’s a very clean store and you can tell they truly to care about their business and their customers. Thank you again!

Permanently damaged and depreciated a family heirloom. Please do not go to this jeweler. They are careless and unapologetic when it comes to handling your jewelry.

Brought an antique piece in for an estimate and it was rudely grabbed out of my wife's hand, because they said they were busy, and taken to the back and run through a cleaner (without our consent) which dislodged and lossed several of the seed pearls.

This cleaning apparatus they admitted to me later on is known to damage pearls, but for some reason when this happened their employees swarmed my wife saying things like, "Wow, aren't you glad this happened here. Your pearls must have been loose. " Except the pearls were cleaned and secured two weeks ago!

Instead of apologizing for their error they tried to spin the narrative and that is the main reason for this review.

The owner Greg dismissed our concerns, disdainfully stating that they were busy and made a mistake and would try to find the seed pearls if we had the rest of the ring repaired there. For an estimated $440. Nearly double other establishments.

This is a extremely rare ring which was handled with a level of indifference I would not have expected from such a highly reviewed shop.

Here we go! - Greg, and his brother, have to be some of the kindest most knowledgeable guys out there when it comes to jewelry. My fiancée and I had visited many jewelers in and around the Glendale Area. No one, and I repeat, no one compares to Montrose Jewelers. From the first time we visited to when I had her custom engagement ring made not only was I served with professionalism but I felt like I was now a part of the Montrose Jewelers family. That is something you do not get going into other shops. Greg, spent countless hours with me going through the specifics of the ring, what we wanted and he worked within my budget the whole time. Not only that, but you can tell that Greg, loves what he does and is proud of each and every piece he crafts. Even going so far as to deconstruct a ring he had already set and recovered the diamond to be used in my fiancées ring. He is a master craftsman, and won’t shy away from showing you his work up-close on a jewelers magnified scope.

I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, she said “Yes! ” And I hope you give Montrose Jewelers the opportunity to make an important event in your life just a bit more special.:).

Joe is one of the kindest people in his business that I have met. I went to this store to have him adjust the bracelet for my watch a few weeks ago, and then I went again today to do the same thing for a different watch, and he took care of it on the house. I haven't met anyone else in the jewelry business that would do that. His attention to detail and his thoughtfulness is unmatched. He makes everyone feel like family. He's the reason why this is my go-to spot.
