I've called the Riverside locations only to be rerouted to La Verne in LA County multiple times. I've come to the location in Riverside 3 times according to hours. One day they closed early after I called to ask if they would be open until 5. They are closed completely on other days even with verified hours. My first experience here was amazing. I'm sad it's turned into this.

This nursery is insane! The trees go for miles. They have to have every tree in existence AND in every size.

I am an architect and I work with contractors and landscapers constantly. This is the worst group I have ever worked with by far. I’ve had two experiences with them and they have both been a nightmare. Their crew shows up late, unprepared, wrong tools, not enough people, not the right plants, bad quality plants.the list goes on. Just awful.

Received very poor customer service, opinionated person I talked to, who wanted to just sell outrageous planting service. Will definitely look elsewhere. Working in an industry where customer service is a great part of my work day, a word of advice: as you are the first point of contact on the phone with your potential future customers, consider providing a positive, helpful, and friendly experience. You might want to work on your communication habits!

My family recently bought some trees from here and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about what would work for us and a great shout out to Ian who is the best.
