Updated review: after complaining, I was contact by the company and my tree was replaced.

Bought a number of trees here. One of our palms was not doing well a month after planting. I called Moon Valley to inquire about the 3 month warranty we had but they kept gaslighting. They would say "text us photos of the tree and we can go from there". I texted photos, they said "they'd check with their manager". Following up with them I got no response. This happened with two separate employees from Moon Valley and never ended up getting a response by the time the warranty expired. Almost one year later and the tree is still looking awful. Not pleased with this experience

Very good experience. The crew is friendly and helpful. They worked with me on some special planting needs. I'm a general contractor and an engineer. Very often when I hire a service I am disappointed but this was not the case here. I'm very happy with moon nursery and their staff.

The site manager in Irvine, Nick was also very helpful and followed up with advice on proper care.

Trash company. Their manage team visited several of our retail stores pretending to be shoppers (4 in total) and was only trying to recruit our people. Not only did they waste everyone’s time, but then proceeded to talk poorly about each of the previous visits, saying awful things about our employees and how bad they were at trying to close the sale. They came in to our busiest store and we were very busy, but tried pretend to be interested in our products and then tried to talk one of our sales associates into interviewing for a job and literally tried to get him to clock out and go check out their facility. That person had people leaving his store because of this. It was lost revenue so that these guys could try to recruit him.

Very unprofessional and trashy the way they did it. I simply sat down with that employee and showed him their employee reviews which is 2 stars out of 5 and after he read their horrible employee comments, decided to not go interview.

I visited today and was really disappointed with how things are there. The staff is rude and was not willing to offer much help. Jacked up prices.
Update: I still maintain the staff is rude and not going back.

We had a great time at their trick or treat event. I didn't realize how extensive the nursery is. It's relaxing just walking around here. Cody and Riley were especially helpful and super friendly!

Great place with lots of collections…. Everytime we get a good product…it’s really fun for kids during Halloween time Cody Ells was excellent at landscape design!

Had to walk a lot to find the plants I needed. I talked to 2 employees there but no one offered any help. They had small carts but did not offer me a ride. Not going back and also letting all my pals know to avoid this place.

The manager never returned our call regarding a concern we had over an item that we were overcharged for. We called and left 2 messages with different employees and still, no one returned our call. My family member is a horticulture planner/buyer for a company that spends over $1.2 million a year on plants and stresses the importance of communication. They just lost a potential investor over this small incident.

Moon Valley GM, Chris designed an oasis for our jacuzzi area! He was very knowledgeable in his suggestions. Rusty, our consultant was very attentive and listened to our needs. He took us on a jeep tour of the grounds and we hand picked beautiful plants and trees. John coordinated the delivery, crew was organized, clean and efficient Installation of our new "oasis" was executed with great attention. Fantastic customer service, all around knowledgeable, caring and peoole- oriented team! Highly recommend!

I have just purchased a new tree from Moon Valley Nurseries. The service team did an excellent job planted the tree in my backyard. The whole process was not easy from the tree transfer to dig a whole with thick dead tree roots. The team was so focused on how to make the job right. Now I have a healthy, straight up beautiful tree at the exact location that I wanted. Thank you Travis and the team. I will definitely share my good experiences with all my friends.
