Food is good but be aware if you order through third party apps it takes forever! As others have said, issue has not been resolved yet.

This location is not a dedicated gluten free facility. Not recommended for folks eating gluten free for medical reasons.

I had it doordashed but it was taking so long and in the end after over an hour my order was cancelled because DoorDash notified me saying something went wrong with the driver. I know it’s not the restaurants fault, but I had to reorder and the process from my first initial order to getting it to my doorstep took 2 hours. I was super hungry so I ate the whole thing and — It’s good, definitely packed with a lot of flavor (with seasoning) so I feel like a healthy meal could easily turn into a high sodium packed meal and could feel heavy. That’s mainly why I rate it 3 stars, it’s not as ‘clean’ as BiBiBop’s bowls. (If we were to compare bowls) but I like that they have a brown rice option, and their fried egg was delicious. The roasted broccoli was a bit too over seasoned but I think that’s the way they do it. It was an okay experience; I think if you’re starving you’ll still eat it and finish it and feel satisfied but it wasn’t what I had anticipated which was something with super clean ingredients. I think moonbowls is one of those places where there could be different opinions about it but neither is right or wrong. I personally probably wouldn’t get bowls here anymore, but others may find that they like the flavor!

Sesame surprise and create your own bowls were delicious. Delivery was smooth.we ordered on moonbowl site. Delivered via door dash. Restaurant communication was excellent. We will definitely order again.

I‘d rather have a fried chicken (eventhough I prefer healthier choices of this is the Only place to buy food.)

Love this place! Great selection of food. Super healthy. Super delicious. Easy to order online for pickup or delivery. I picked up my order and was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Food is so delicious, leaves you feeling full and satisfied, as their portions are generous, minus the sluggish after a meal feeling. I had it for the first time yesterday and had to order again today! Hope they expand to more locations the food is beyond!

Restaurant is located inside the Colony and the pick up process is still a work in process. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes when I got there past my pick up time and it seemed to be more a mix up between Moonbowls and The Colony worker, who seemed frustrated because she was getting told something different in the back.

Even more disappointing was the bowl I ordered was very underwhelming. The chicken did not seem fresh, though the sauce and potstickers were solid, the overall quality of the food was below average - I'd rate as a C+.

Too bad.

They never picked up phone calls. The automated phone lines hung up my calls repeatedly. Unacceptable.
