I had a couple visits with clinic and Dr. Silvia Ramos I am satisfied with them especially Dr.silvia.
Thay take care me for appointment, visit and etc.

I hate this place they text me first thing in the morning to tell me they didn’t to reschedule my ultrasound that I had over a month ago they have no back up plan I am so mad I will never go here!

I am appalled that anyone has written a positive review. I came here for a regular physical, at which time I specifically asked for an appointment that would also include female needs. I was greeted by a very friendly, but green doctor. When I asked about birth control options, he pulled up planned parenthood on his lap top. When I asked about needing a mammogram, again he referred to his laptop and told me he wasn’t sure. He told me to make another appointment with a women doctor in the clinic. I did just that the same day since nothing was really accomplished during my visit. After returning, I waited 2 hours and was never seen.
I then received a bill for over $1200 for a “complete exam”. My insurance did cover the majority of it, but when I asked how come it was even billed as a “complete exam” I was told rudely, that I was seen by a doctor. I have refused to pay the bill, and have written twice to the billing department, which was what I was told to do if I was disputing the exam. I never heard anything back. Today, I get my mail and they sent my bill to a collections agency. I had to switch my entire insurance coverage to a PPO so that I did not have to go back to this clinic. Please use caution if you go there. And really, just don’t expect much as far as “complete exams” go. Apparently a doctor with a pulse walking in, can bill your insurance company Over $1200 for doing absolutely nothing.

I just wanted to appreciate Alejandro at the clinic. She has been an angel. Answering my questions my illness. She has such a sweet and caring nature. Thank you Alejandro!

Impossible to get a hold of anyone here. The service is very poor. Sadly, have to switch the doctor again

Dr Karra, Annapurna is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. She takes time to listen and to explain details. She is trying everything to take care of my situation. I am very glad I chose her as my family doctor.

Horrible place to trust your health in. They refuse to call me back about any referrals, staff doesn’t care about their job, and for them to be in the health care field is honestly a danger to their patients. Don’t waste your time

It’s hard to find an office with friendly front desk staff. The ladies who assisted us were attentive, caring and polite. I am glad we were able to find this clinic Dr. Hameed was nice and he explained everything to us very well. We are establishing our care here and we look forward keeping it this way.

I was able to get next day appointment and they were amazing. They take all the COVID preventive measures, and the staff is very professional and friendly. It's very clean facility and well organized. I would highly recommend!

Worst clinic I’ve ever been too. I’m a former patient and they delayed my diagnosis of cancer for a year and I nearly died. Complete incompetence. They threatened to not have me as a patient when I complained when they cancelled my appointments. This place should be shutdown or reorganized with proper medical professionals.

My experience is always been great. I have been coming here since I moved to Moorpark 3 years ago. Very helpful and nice people work here. I would highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment. Happens that the Phlebotomist wasn't there, so I had to come back the second time.

Two appointments later, I find out that I wasted my time and the order was not put correctly. So here I am coming back the third time, where it should've been done the first time, or at least the second time.

I stated what was needed clearly just to make sure, and I was rest assured. I was mistaken.

Totally unhappy and stressed because of this.

My experience with this clinic was great. They answered my call right away, they got me into a new patient visit within a couple of days. Staff was very friendly, they were nice and accommodating. The doctor listened to me, was friendly and helpful.

Worst doctors I’ve seen here in my life. I ask a question, they don’t know what to answer. Management also sucks, no appointment is ever on time and they cancel your appointment if you’re 5 minutes late. I’m going to find another place to go to. Don’t waste your time with them.
