Mor Furniture for Less, National City CA

We went to the National city Location to try and purchase a living room set my sister really loved, we encountered Jeff who said that set is discontinued and wanted to sell us a different living room set, however my sister saw online that the set she wanted was not discontinued and he refused to order it for her and insisted in selling us a set he wanted us to purchase. So we decided to walk away and we went to the El Cajon location to purchase the set my sister really wanted. Giovanny Ortega was very helpful and made everything possible for us to walk away with the living room set me really wanted. We had to come back to purchase the ottoman 2 days later and when we went to pick it they told us it was available in National City where they had originally told us they did not carry it anymore. When we got there to pick it up our ottoman Gilbert saw us and walked away ignored us for 20 minutes and I got tired of waiting so I went to get my purchase with a dolley he told me to wait I told him we have been waiting for a while so I’m going to go ahead and get my ottoman. He took the dolley away from me and said go around to pick it up outside. I asked him which way do I go to get to the pick up area he just said just go around. He refused to help us load our ottoman and made us go to the loading dock where it put the ottoman above our truck and we had to carry it down with no help. This was the worse experience ever so I decided to buy my living room set at Jeromes were they gave me the best customer service and helped us load my living room set to my truck and treated us with respect. Don’t go to MOR Furniture in National city unless you want to get treated disrespectfully even though it is thanks to the customers that these people have a job!

Jeffery was very helpful. He was very patient with us and didn’t rush. I didn’t feel like he was pressuring us to buy anything. Also Jorge was very helpful and nice as well. I will come back for more, and recommend to others.

Actually I want to put 0 star bcuz they don’t deserve even one star, We ordered bunch of furniture but they didn’t deliver them on time, customer service sucks and the delivery r was scared to drive up a hill that four other drivers had zero problems with! I will never buy a thing from them again!

Mr. Jorge Espinosa was helpful, knowledgable and honest. The furniture was sold at a great sales price. Most importantly it didn't look cheaply made. I am pleased with my purchase.

Not only did I wait 45 mins to be helped while one other customer was in the store, I had ordered a dresser for my nursery and was told it was out of stock. I was told it could be ordered and would be there in three weeks. I paid for the dresser, waited my three weeks, and heard nothing. I called the store and ask about it and they told me that the dresser was scheduled to arrive September 1st.

I had purchased a sofa, upon delivery they couldn't get it in the apartment.
It was a little to big, I went back to the store and my sales person Daneyse was very helpful in finding a replacement that will fit and made the whole
process easy and painless. She is actually the reason I bought from Mor
I liked her attitude from the moment I walked in the door.

Ryan Armstrong is a great salesman who helped me find the perfect mattress for my back. I sleep better than ever. Ryan knows his stuff, and he's a nice guy too!

I walked in and immediately was greeted by Ben. He really asked the right questions to point us in the right direction! We were honest and mentioned we were just looking and he still was attentive to us through the whole process answered every question we had. I wanted to thank my sale lady Sary Orm for my whole house. I am moving to riverside county and was just in to look around then go up to Mor closer to my new home to buy. After having conversations with Sary. She informed me that she can have it deliver to me when I'm ready. I appreciate how patient she is and her kindness. Will definitely tell all my friends and family about Sary and Mor Furniture.

I've been furniture shopping for a good month now. Didn't realize that the store was so close to my home. Sary helped me out by painting a picture on how my purchase would look in my home. I had been in customer service on front lines for 30 years and know an excellent employee and extraordinary person when I interact with one ; it was Joan and my pleasure to be served by Ben.

Jorge is always our go to guy for my husband and I. We’ve already done two big purchases with him and he is also very willing to answer questions when we go in just for research as well. He definitely goes above and beyond to guarantee good customer service!

I first found an area rug in the clearance area on sale and Ramses informed us of getting a 2nd item 1/2 off so we found a lamp. I also purchased the grey Dyson sofa and loveseat. Ramses was very helpful. I loved the prices I got everything for. The lamp was $49. Which made my rug $24 with the 1/2 off. The special on the couches was great.
