I arrived and everybody was very kind it was a very easy and pleasant experience I ended up having a CAT scan and the gentleman that helped me was very polite and I was treated with respect

From the moment I arrived there. The receptionist was very thorough and very professional with my intake process. I was truly impressed and very at ease with everything. No more than a few minutes after sitting down in the reception area I was called in. The
technician, Curtis explained the entire process. He made me feel like I was in his care and that I was well informed of what was to happen giving me faith and confidence in him. This was just for an MRI. I COULD ONLY imagine if it was for something more dire, and important the throughness and professionalism is outstanding.

Appointment was for my daughter, but we were greeted very nicely by the staff. The person who did the CT Scan for her made her feel very comfortable and made me feel like she was in good hands. He was able to answer the little questions I had to make us both feel more at ease.

I love that fact that all procedures are by appt only and you know what to expect with no one cutting into you appt. The staff is very pleasant & professional.

I did not have to wait long to be seen and the staff were friendly and courteous. Great service!

DO NOT COME HERE! They literally take over 2 hours just to do an MRI. The wait is ridiculous, I won’t be bringing my dad here anymore. The lady in reception won’t get off the phone. If everyone just did their job it probably wouldn’t take so damn long.

I came in for an MRI, the receptionist was curtious and friendly. When I was taken to the room to get my MRI the technician was informative and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I had my CT Scan done here and Jessica from the front desk was really nice. Patrick my technician was also really nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location for your CT just call ahead to make sure the contrast on the machine is working if needed since I got sent home the first time for that reason. Other than that it's a good location. Keep up the great job. Thank you!

Came in this morning for an MRI, right from the start the service was awesome, hassle free, very professional. Very clean. Personel was 10/10. Awesome job by everyone. I would definetely come back to them. Keep up the great work guys!

Receptionist needs to be a little friendlier. She was sort of “snippy”

The employees at radnet obviously hate their jobs because they refuse to do it! I've been to two radnet imaging centers and I still haven't had a cat scan or an MRI

Staff was courteous and friendly. The building and waiting room could use updating. The techician was very kind, thoughtful and explained every step of the way. Much appreciated!

This place in Moreno Valley sucks. They aren’t professional and appointment time don’t matter. Receptionist didn’t know what she was doing. But the CT tech was very professional and apologetic.

My appointment was on time, the tech was friendly and professional, and it was a good experience.

My disabled, special needs aunt had to have an abdominal CT scan done here and they were great. Very friendly and professional, they did an amazing job with her.

I came here for a CT scan and omg I love them. I have been in and out of the doctors for a decade and the staff here actually love their job. You can tell that instantly. Very caring and compassionate. I’m huge on making your patients feel cared for since I am also in the medical field. It was nice to see happy staff that make you feel human and not a number.
