Moreno Valley USPS Distribution

Anytime I have a package go through this place it’s nothing but problems watch your tracking if it hits this place just cancel order and try a diff place bc it’s gonna be a week before they send your stuff this is the worst ups in the nation

Unfortunately, a package of mine has fell into this black hole of a facility. I don't understand what is happening there. Terrible service. I'm going to use UPS from now on.

My package en route to NJ was processed through this facility in less than 4 hours. Thank you #usps

I don't know what the hell is going on in this center, but the people in charge of the site need to be fired. It makes no sense that packages are scanned there and then sit there for weeks.

I'm awaiting a parcel which was supposed to be delivered already. However, it fell into the USPS Moreno Distribution Center Black Hole and I don't know if I will ever get it. Great job Louis DeJoy.

My package got scanned here 4days ago, and ever since then says arriving late in transit and they say “temporarily closed” and don’t have a number to call this is insane man, so I’m just out that money and my package now because of this place that employs people that don’t send out packages?

My package was sent off march 15th it reached the moreno facility on march 19th and did not move at all after that.no scans, files a lost package report and nobody could find it.then all of a sudden april 5th its on its way to a facility in arizona! ‍️ idk who works at this location but your doin a TERRIBLE job!

My package has now been sitting in this distribution center for AN ENTIRE MONTH! The last date stamp on my tracking is May 29 when it arrived here. What in the world is going on here! This is absolutely ridiculous! I have opened two cases with the USPS and haven't heard a peep from anyone. It's definitely time to escalate this matter!

This is my first (and hopefully last) negative review on anything. My package had been sitting idly for almost a week now with no sign of motion. I know covid can make things difficult, but this seems to be an ongoing issue with this particular location, and I've never experienced this sort of delay with any other facility. Not to mention the other reviewers saying that they've had their packages completely reroute and whatnot. Hopefully Moreno Valley CA Distributuon Center can troubleshoot these problems soon, though this might be tied in with policy more than it is work ethic. Either way, I wish you all the best of luck.

The worst and slowest postal service I have ever received. I know that CO-VID 19 has made this a little slower, but what is happening to me now has never happened before. This is ridiculous! The package has been sitting at this location for 4 days with NO MOVEMENT when it was supposed to get here yesterday

I currently have a package that has been sitting there untouched for the past three days it was supposed to be delivered today but it hasn’t even left this distribution center yet, safe to say someone’s not doing their job.

Who can I contact to know the status of my packages and why they’re not moving at all? This is ridiculous I’ve had two packages sitting at this distribution center without any movement for a week. Ugh

My package left Big Bear City on Friday. For some reason it went to Moreno Valley rather that the usual San Bernardino distribution center. From there is went to New Jersey. It was SUPPOSED to go to Long Beach CALIFORNIA! Outrageous!

My package has been sitting there for 6 days so far. This has too be the slowest postal service ever. INCREDIBLE
