Morrison's Restaurant and Bar reviews
10Dave did a fantastic job in a difficult night with no computers, hostess, and shortage of servers. Food was excellent.
We were treated very badly because we are Asian. All the staff there do not welcome Asian people as their costumers. PLEASE, don’t be RACISM. If you do not welcome our business, tell us before we come in.
1 star for the inability to inform customers who made reservations online that their wifi was down and therefore only able to accept cash. Didn’t care able the cash only. Cared that we were not informed after making a one hour drive to get there.
No idea what was going on… but the waitress told us they only took reservations, while the other 2 American guests who didn’t have reservations either were there just waiting for their table. Seriously?
We were in Mammoth for a short time and the reviews made this look like a place to get a good steak. It was! I had great ribeye, my husband had the salmon and said it was very good to. Generous portions- we split the beet and goat cheese salad and it was plenty. Very good cocktails.
Excellent service-Dave was our server and being the off season- he was covering the entire room. He never appeared rattled or rushed us in any way.
Cute alpine decor with fireplace. Small-Definitely would need a reservation in a busier season.
Service was fantastic. Dave was so personable and nice to talk with. The food was super yummy and so were the drinks. I didn't love the paper tablecloths, but everything else was amazing.
I ordered Ribeye and lobster tail. My wife ordered Filet mignon. We both had salad and some mussels that were a special appetizer. My biggest complaint was spending over 200.00 for cold steak, cold mashed potatoes and cold veggies. My wife’s food was the same way.
Excellent and surprised. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Great service from Scott the bartender. Will go again when in mammoth
Out of 10. Delicious food and super nice space and service. Gaby makes very good recommendations and the girl who welcomed us (who also speaks Spanish) was also very nice.
There were two of us and we had beet and goat cheese salad, filet mignon, the ribs with barbecue sauce and the fresh apple pie, and everything was incredible. The food is super tasty and of very good quality.
It's not cheap but it's worth stopping at Morrison's and trying it. In addition, it has easy parking.
The best meal of our West Coast trip, without a doubt.
