Morton's Warm Springs reviews
8Came here for a birthday party. There were several other families having picnics. The picnic tables had a lot of bees so we definitely needed the covers for the food. The showers were warm, definitely glad we had flip flops. The pools were nice with 3 different sections of varying depths. The creek was also a great shaded reprieve.
Morton Warm Springs is like stepping into paradise. There are two large pools (and a baby pool) fed by a nearby geothermal springs so they are very warm - no shivering kids over here! It feels so nice and cozy, and I love that there are no yucky pool chemicals! The setting is idyllic - full of beautiful trees and mountains with cute chirping birds, and there are literally beautiful butterflies and dragonflies flying around, popping by to say hello! Don’t bother bringing snacks or a picnic because they’ve got you covered! The cafe selections are very intentional and you can tell they have taken a lot of care to choose the best local suppliers. They have delicious organic food that’s both friendly for kids (think gourmet hot dogs or grilled cheese) and healthy options for adults (beautiful seasonal salads). There are ice cream options galore, including soft serve made with Strauss. But my favorite part is cooling down with a giant mason jar of homemade lemonade! Morton’s is the best pool my family has ever visited and a true Sonoma gem. It’s obvious that the people working there care deeply for creating a 5 star pool experience for their community! Thank you Morton’s for all you do!
Great independently owned, old Glen Ellen institution. Three warm pools, good farm to table food, a nice grassy area, some picnic tables and BBQ grills, and a nice little stream for wading. Highly recommended for families and groups to spend a warm summer day - but make sure you buy tickets in advance for the weekends.
Lovely setting - not too crowded this Sunday and a really nice first visit. Super refreshing and relaxing. A quick dip in the creek was just what I needed to round off the visit.
Will be back again to chill out on a lazy sunday afternoon: -)
Great little gem hidden among the trees. Clean, healing water to relax in. Soft serve ice cream on site to end the day on a sweet note.
Incredible experience. The whole setting was great, loved the lawn space to grill out along with the picnic tables. The warm pools were the icing on the cake
Beautiful reopening day Saturday, Mother’s Day weekend. Grassy hills with shady picnic tables, excellent snack bar with healthful choices, two comfortably warm swimming pools. One pool is a shallow kiddie pool with a fountain. The larger pool is slowly sloped to about 5 feet. Clean, fun for families. Bring all your swimming and picnic gear and spend the day! Perfect low key, healthy family venue.
Lots of fun for our kids (3 and 5, and just learning to swim. It seemed like the older kids were having a lot off fun too.
