Doctor Barnajian went above and beyond to help and support me through a very painful time. He is extremely patient, thoughtful and kind. He will take the time to answer all of your questions and ensure that you have all of the information you need.

Additionally, his office team are extremely nice, attentive, and helpful. Mayra, in particular, helped me schedule a last minute procedure that completely changed my life.

After the procedure, Mayra and and Doctor Barnajian were always available to answer my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable.

Dr. Barnajian saved my life and my well-being. There are no words to express my appreciation for him. I had been seeing a urologist for (over a year) what I thought was a urinary tract infection. She removed a cyst from my bladder and I continued on a series of antibiotics. I ended up in the emergency room which led to a three-week hospital stay.

I met Dr. Barnajian on my second day in the hospital. He had ordered a series of tests and scans and consulted with me. He explained that I was Sepsis with Diverticulitis and Fistulas. He was confident and thorough in his treatment options explaining I would need several surgeries (3) over a period of several (9) months. His knowledge and skills are unmatched and he’s gifted and highly trained in the Colorectal area. He performed all successful surgeries with the use of the minimally invasive Robotics’ technology. This allowed less scaring; faster healing and my body is functioning perfectly.

Dr. Barnajian is a professional, compassionate person with an excellent bedside manner. He’s a great communicator and listener and has a way of making you feel like you’re his only patient. His awesome positive energy permeates throughout his office staff. Mayra, (surgery scheduler) was amazing in navigating me through scheduling of pre-ops and surgeries.

If anyone with Colorectal issues is looking for the best, most knowledge, compassionate doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Barnajian. He saved my life. He’s simply the best.

Oh my god what can I say Dr. Barnajian first of all he is awesome and Myra she had the most patients you can ever have I was diagnosed with cancer 2021 Dr. Barnajian was my surgeon he kept everything straight to the point he made sure I understood everything that he was going to do and now I’m cancer free so if you’re looking for a number one Colon rectal surgeon it will be Dr. Barnajian.

Dr. Barnajian has saved my mother's life!

Dr. Barnijian is a miracle doctor. My mother came into ER and later was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Barnajian is very knowledgeable, he was able to find the source of the infection before she went to any septic shock and was able to schedule surgery immediately. I was going through a tough time, for being the only family member and the decision-maker for my mother, however; Dr. Barnijian sounded very positive and updated me with every concern I had. We discussed the pros and cons of surgery and other treatments. He was very thorough and I felt so at ease with him. I could not have asked for a better doctor to take care of my mother. I trusted him and I am very thankful.
Dr. Barnajian is considerate and caring genuinely for his patients. My mother loves speaking with him as he cares so much. He takes his time to advocate for his patients when referral was needed. He answers all of my mother's questions and concerns with details and elaborates patiently. We came back to him for more follow-up surgery, and he is very knowledgeable to use the more advanced technology to perform surgeries rather than the traditional route. Also his staff and the staff at his hospital are very professional and make the experience as easy as possible.

Dr. Barnajian is a really nice, straight-forward, compassionate doctor who both tells you like it is, but also makes you feel heard and taken care of (the best of both worlds, in my opinion). Mayra has been great to work with and every time I'm at the office, she remembers me and makes me feel welcome. Dr. Barnajian is very talented and my recovery, while lengthy, has been ultimately quite smooth.

It has been a challenging process on my end, but the office and Dr. Barnajian have definitely made the experience better and easier. I highly recommend!

After I had a colonoscopy I found out I had a tumor. After my wife had a very positive experience with Cedars Sinai so we decided to look into to using them again. My wife researched and found Dr. Barnajian. They quickly got me into an appointment, and Dr. Barnajian was very caring and helpful during the visit. There were some pretty scary things that I had to consider and Dr. Barnajian took all the time necessary to answer all of my questions. He was very upfront with me about what this could be, and what the path ahead may look like. Since we traveled from out of town Mayra was who we worked with to get things scheduled. She went above & beyond to get me in for an MRI that very day so I didn't have to travel back & forth. Mayra was a pleasure to work with. She handled everything with great care & efficiency. A total professional. The surgery went well I got a great report back. Cancer Free! I think they were almost as happy as I was. Dr. Barnajian, Mayra, and the entire staff were absolutely remarkable. I could not have been better taken care of. If you need this type of care DON'T hesitate for 1 minute. Go to Dr. Barnajian!

Dr. Barnajian did a wonderful job on my surgery. He explained everything to me that he was going to do. His office (Mayra) fought for me to have my surgery at a particular hospital so Dr. Barnajian would be the surgeon. I will forever be grateful for Dr Barnajian and his team. I was referred to Dr Barnajian by my GI after finding a cancerous tumor in my colon.
