Motel 6 Coalinga, CA - East

If the folks that work here want a laugh, 15 Oct at around 9: 45a, look at the ice machine room. You'll see me freaking out about the webs in there. The outside of the building isn't great, but the rooms are good! Check-in was awesome and the fella who worked with us was very friendly. Thanks!

Very clean Motel 6! Stayed for 1 night on a trip up to the Northwest. Carlos provided amazing customer service!

Go down the street and stay at the Travelodge instead, unless you enjoy dead bugs and spiders plastered to the walls, and live cricket, other bugs and a spider skulking around your room. Not to mention the decades of beer bottle caps strewn everywhere around the property.

Ninfa made my accommodations so easy & stress free. Best customer service that I have ever had. I will definitely recommend my friends & family to stay here at this location. Thank you for making me feel welcomed

Room was decent, clean, check in was fast friendly. Front desk was quick to deliver requests that I had and answer any questions I had. Restaurants near by which was a plus. Had no issues would definitely stay again

Amazing staff, the rooms were cleaned very nicely, check in was hassle free and super fast! Great value

No AC in a 109 degree weather, not to mention infested with bugs, crickets& mosquitoes! Came in with my toddler and had to go buy a fan for a one night stay because it was ridiculously hot and not even their fans are working! DO NOT STAY HERE! I couldn’t even sleep. Not to mention they give you a fly swatter when you come in to kill all their bugs! Never again!

Pleasantly surprised at the value here. The Best Western was DOUBLE the price and all you got extra was coffee in room, shampoo and breakfast! For $75 difference Motel 6 was a no brainer!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, no complaints. Good value for money.

Stayed for the price as an over nighter. It was a value. There is a distinct scent of cow around. Unfortunately it was toasty and we needed to cool the room off. The room air conditioning was a swamp cooler, I think. It did not really cool the room. More like the memory of a Luke warm breeze? Options? Crack open the front door and pray the wind direction is favorable. Lucky it cooled off outside and we were able to cool of the room, a bit. Still slept pretty hard and toasty. Plenty of ice, one machine was busted. Two microwaves I didn't use all next to office. Some truckers and local farm workers. They get up early, start up their engines and idle. Across the street a busted down defunct Chinese restaurant with graffiti. Local banditos gotta put more effort in. Plenty of gas and fast food options nearby.

Horrible, the rainy night of my stay, there was no heat or hot water! I froze and stayed dirty! Not happy with this Motel negative 6!

Quickest check in ever. Bare bones room: no coffee maker, no shower soap or shampoo (haven't seen that in years), no bedside clock. But the room was very clean and cheap. Location on I5 great, next to a Dennys, 2 fully appointed gas stations.

This is by far the BEST motel 6 we have ever stayed at. Now we are frequent travelers and choose Motel 6 due to my therapy do being welcome. The front desk lady was so personable and knowledgeable about the area. Maintenance man was sharp looking, clean, in uniform and friendly. Inside and out this hotel is stellar. From the east coast to the west coast This should be the model for Motel 6. After finding needles in other Motel 6 parking lots, to another customer being given a key to my room at 2 am at another, it was so refreshing to find this gem.
Anyone in this atea. Stay here!

Rolled in their late night Amy helped us she's amazing got a handicap room we parked right in front and then we've got to the room noticed it was only one bed so I gave her a call on the phone and she gave us a room two doors down for two beds my service dog Skittles was with us the rooms are clean the beds are comfy shower is hot and the people are thank you for a great night see you soon

Mold in the shower grout. Ice maker not functioning. Otherwise, clean, warm room. The site is rather pretty and tropical with healthy palm trees around the interior courtyard & pool area. Lots of doves in the trees. Pet friendly. Lots of guests with dogs.

I'm a truck driver and my truck had broke down had to stop here. And I was very impressed. Room was nice and clean and was very quiet. Also they have food places near there to walk to Will definitely come back.

Clean, neat, room. Comfortable queen bed, hot shower, in room air conditioning, and plenty of towels.

It is a large hotel, comprised of several buildings, and I found it was too distant from my destination, however that is my fault, not the hotel's.

The television, like most hotels these days, was a brute to operate, but I found something to watch.

The only complaint I might have, was the lack of a refrigerator. There was an ice bucket, but I was too tired to hunt down an ice machine.

O would definitely stay here again.
