Motel 6 Indio, CA - Palm Springs

Cleaners always on time even tho the stay was extended lol wish there was a fridge or microwave! Thank god we had ice chests

My name is Becky shirt for Rebecca and I have to say it's nice having someone else clean up your mess make your bed give you clean towels and mind their own business. Even though you are paying for it it's still an awesome feeling! The staff isn't that bad looking either one in particular! He knows who he is so here's a shout out! To a cutie pie I will never forget you cross my mind from time to time, but thats it!

We arrived at 6pm hoping to sleep early, but our room was next door to a really loud room, and they only got louder as the night progressed. At 8pm I called the front desk asking to be moved rooms, and the young lady working there said she would come over and ask the guests next door to be quiet. I appreciated the effort and timely response, but wish I had insisted on moving rooms because they were not quiet at all. At around 8pm we also started hearing what sounded like furniture being moved around and dragged upstairs; this lasted all night and was SO loud we were unable to sleep. I honestly find it hard to even believe this was a person moving furniture because of how long it lasted. Also, no hairdryer, no fridge, and barely any towels. I never leave reviews but felt this was such a bad stay, it needed to be shared. We will not be staying here in the future.

Absolutely the filthiest place I’ve ever stayed. Cockroaches, smelled like an ashtray, paint pealing, grime ceiling to floor. Paw prints in the comforter as well as cigarette burns. Door lock was faulty. Toilet and shower disgusting. Stains on curtains and bed skirt. Clean sheets and pillow cases that’s about all that was good. Ceiling sagging and water rotted @a/c return. Outside was filthy as well.had it not been so late I would have left. Staff was ok but I will absolutely never stay here or in any motel six again. I will be notifying higher ups. Completely Unacceptable and unhealthy conditions. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Room was basic but clean. TV worked fine. Shower was slightly tatty but plenty hot. The communal balcony outside was noisy until past midnight but I guess that's the type of motel 6 clientele, and not the motel's fault

Well I would like to say that I had to stay at all, but the customer service representative if that's what she can be called, Anna, refused to check me in because it was too close to the end of her shift I arrived at about 10: 45 and was told it would be 30 minutes here we are almost an hour later and she still won't check me in and said she has to wait until the next person to work gets there I told her to cancel my reservation. Great job motel 6 indio!

WOW! Worst place we have ever stayed, through 4 states and two countries. Rooms are filthy, paint peeling, bugs and on the outside, 3 arrests were made in the 10 hrs we were there. The room door wouldn't lock and the noise around and outside were unbelievable.
I can't think of one good thing to write about this place, even the rates were too high for such a lock and load area. Wouldn't stay here ever again, if they were giving rooms away!

The room itself was alright, not the best but clean. Half a roll of tp, sheets no blanket. The staff is super friendly and the only reason I'm writing this review. I kept messing up my key card (dont put them next to your phone) I had to go in 3 times back to back which would annoy anyone, but the guy was extremely sweet about it didnt seem phased at all. Plus the gas station is 24 hour right across the street.

Avoid this place if at all possible. The room me and my family stayed in was decent but everything else was pretty bad. Hotel was in an industrial are by train tracks so expect loud train noises all night-not the hotel’s fault, just an FYI. We arrived around 9: 30 at night and office was closed “for lunch” according to sign on door. We waited in our car for about 20-25 minutes for them to reopen and during that time saw many shady-looking people walking in, out, and around the premises.once we got our room and settled down for the night, there was a lot of loud noises throughout the night including people driving or walking by our room with music on full blast as well as people sitting on the stairs literally outside our doors making noise until about 4am. Would not recommend at all.

The shower had mold all around the glass door, and glass walls. Sink had a leaky drain so when you use the sink it goes all over the floor.

Horrible! Even though I reserved and confirmed my reservation for an ADA room on the ground floor, they did not have one available when I arrived. The place is trashy and full of people who pay by the week, which means they live there.

I wish I didn't even have to give this place 1 star, it honestly deserves nothing. Front desk clerk had no clue what he was doing (a total joke), room smelled so bad, area was sketchy and noisy.just stay away from here even if the prices are budget friendly. Not worth it.
