Motel 6 Oceanside, CA

Super clean inside and out. Excellent location for the price. Kissel, at the front desk has a great personality and was informative. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms are dirty. Property is in disrepair. Homeless people all around Property. Asked for recipes and was told printer was down. Was told by frontdesk person that they would email us one. Still waiting for that. "Customer beware" choose some place else.

We stayed 3 nights in Oct, overall served our purpose, was a lil too long of a stay in small quarters, no amenities, but was clean, centrally located to all we needed, and most of all the friendliness of staff, specifically Kissel, she was amazing on the phone before coming in, and was the reason I kept reservation vs. Other options considering. Thank you!

Staff is great and nice. Just wish they would update all rooms with mini fridges and microwaves.

Its great to know Motel 6 still leaves the light on for late night road weary travellers complete with pets in tow (at no extra cost). Javi, a very pleasant helpful young man, checked us in quickly. Clean room, large soft bed (pooch & kitty approved!), nice hot shower, and free late checkout. What's not to love! ️️️

This hotel is the only motel 6 that is as advertised. Respectful reasonable and reliable. Kessel is wonderful. And the staff (^aforementioned included) are just beautiful.

Shilpa was great in assisting me in getting a great week rent price and also was superb in assisting me with lost items. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of this Motel 6.

Two things stand out:
1) the staff is the nicest I have encountered.
2) this is the cleanest low-priced motel.

Great price. Sahara working the front desk was very accommodating. Had some issues with the remote, the room was a little chilly, and barely had room to turn around in the shower. Very comfortable bed, close to ask kinds of places to eat and other stores to get whatever you need. Really quiet and peaceful.

When I first arrived here at Motel 6 on Plaza I just got done experiencing a disaster in my life my RV get burned up and I lost everything I own that's why I had second-degree burns on my hand and could not use them when I first arrived I was going to buy it the clerk name JAVI and I have to say this young man went above and beyond his Call of Duty to make sure that I was comfortable because I could not use my hands mr. Javi offered to carry my luggage not only that made my coffee for me in the morning cuz I could not open the packages MR JAVI was very respectful and offered much help to make me feel comfortable for this app to save multiple jail do not go beyond this Call of Duty I asked to speak to the manager with her name was SHILIA and I wanted to tell her what a good employee she had with Mr JAVI which she also greeted me with respect and was very offering to help I have been to this Motel 6 before and it was not this way before go to thumbs up to the management who's now in position here that made this Motel 6 a better place I highly recommend and I would come here again again I would like to thank mr. Javi for all his help in consideration

A nice place to stay. Friendly helpful staff. We felt safe staying there. And it is near Legoland!

This motel 6 is on great location. I had a very BAD experience of bed bugs/nats. (See pics) manager was very nice to COMP our stay. I will NEVER book here again. Rooms need to be UPDATED.

Not the best motel 6 of the ones nearby. Mainly it's the security here that's a little over barring. I had just parked my car after checking in and the security guard was already stalking me to see what I was doing. When I was just getting my phone and charger and bags ready to go to my room. Then I was stopped halfway to "verify " I was a guest. I just thought it was rude and uncalled for seeing how I just left the office after checking in. And they obviously have updated their parking lights for security purposes. The rooms are ok but I'd rather stay somewhere else where I'm not being treated like a trespasser.

This place is just OK. BUT, I want to at least say thank you for being open at 3: 00 am and answering the phone and having a room available for my daughter and I to take a shower and put our heads on a pillow for a few hours as we rolled into Oceanside, California in the middle of the night.

The rooms were clean and disinfected. (I could smell it) The staff was really nice and helpful!

It is conveniently located. You can hear traffic from your room. My bedding smelled musty, like they had been left wet too long before drying. The staff was all very nice.
