This was a decent motel room at a reasonable rate. We had a SUV towing a uhaul trailer. We were able to park so we could see our vehicle from our room. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We felt secure enough to sleep and found it to be an appropriate motel to stay with our pets. There were stores within walking distance and we had a refrigerator and microwave in our room. A light breakfast would have been a welcome addition.

Saw a cockroach before I could even close the door upon entering. Zero security right now- I write this at 4am as there is a party going on below me and nobody doing anything about it. Do NOT stay here.

Great Service, Rooms is clean. They allow pets. The Night staff that checked me in and the morning staff Angie has been really great!

Clean, kind staff, close to Sacramento State University, great location, will stay here again.

Straight up best motel 6 i have ever stayed at anywhere.the rooms are still in nicer condition, and stand comparison to other slightly costlier places.they really are surprisingly good for a motel 6.the service is absolutely top notch.seriously, the owner needs to give their front desk staff a raise.they are friendly and accommodating.every single time too, and every single person.i don't know what the deal is, but i usually leave the office smiling.they're good.

Was a pretty decent stay until I went in to pay for my last night and was told I would t be able to come back again becasue my pet counts as a person. My boyfriend asked what the pet policy is and the lady at the front desk told us she wasn't extending and we needed to leave right then. (becasue he ask) She then proceeded to say she had tried to be nothing but nice to us. (shouldn't you be nice when there's no reason to be rude). (also how the heck is a dog a person.) I also put on my reservations I had a dog. So they were fully aware of the dog. (and I talked the the girl on several occasions about the dog)

Room infested with cockroaches and yet I’m having issues receiving a refund. All the girl told me was she could give me a 20% discount. Highly recommend looking for another place.

Kemora at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. It was a full lobby of people, and she was working alone, but she got through everyone quickly and got me checked in.

Staff was very friendly and professional and helpful this location is clean I enjoyed my stay with my kids I will stay again

THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND IF YOU FIND ONE EVEN IF YOU SHOW IT TO THEM. Staff was nice except for the MANAGER and he said he would give me a full refund only if it came back positive for bed bugs even though I showed him the bed bug and he said I had to check out and into another room and I was going to go for it because I was there for a reason and I needed to get to where I had to be and he told me I couldn't leave my dogs unattended and if I leave my dogs in the room unattended will call animal control to come get them and the weather there was over 100 degrees outside. I hope and pray I didn't bring any bed bugs home with me

Room 107 has bed bugs she told customer that she doesn’t have to stay here. The receptionist at front desk hit my car and kept going, acted like she wanted to fight me. She acting crazy like she is on drugs or drunk.

I booked for a Non-smoking room but as soon as I get in I can smell the cigarette.

Pillow sheets not clean.

Shower smelled cigarettes.

WHITE Towels have stains.

Don’t bring your kids here.

Staff was friendly helpful and professional I would recommend this location to anyone and look forward to my next stay

The girl who was working at night 7/19/23 was super amazing and outgoing, she’s awesome and would love everyone to experience her customer service! I just forgot her name but thank you girl!
