Clean room and helpful staff but it took longer than necessary to check in because of faulty technology in the office.

Very very clean rooms and great location and very friendly staff will always stay here when in the area

If you stay at this Motel 6, DO NOT complain to management and/or front desk staff at any time regarding your stay because they habitually retaliate against customers for doing so. Today, I was threatened by the manager, Preity, with being put on the Do Not Accomodate List because yesterday I wrote a poor review, filed a complaint with Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health & Motel 6 corporate regarding cross-contamination and sanitation concerns with housekeeping using customer towels to mop room floors. I noticed in other poor reviews, customers were denied refunds, put on the Do Not Accomodate List & refused service for bringing concerns to staff's attention.

Room was freezing cold and they would not give me a blanket. NO HEAT! 40 degrees! Overcharged me for the room (quoted 1 price and it cost me more on my bank Statement. This is stealing. Guy told me there's nothing he can do about it, the rates fluctuate every minute. Loud Mexican music in parking lot ALL NIGHT LONG! Management did nothing about it!

Fatima and Melissa thank you for providing an excellent service and spectacular room. This is the best motel 6 I’ve ever been.

Spend a few weeks here, it was great for the price. Obviously nothing fancy, but clean room and working appliances. Elsa cleaned our rooms real nice frequently.

Not a great experience overall. Not coming back.

I'm usually not a person that is picky on hotels, but this one really tells me I still have some basic bar about where I would like to stay.

+ Super close to big companies and easy commute;
- Shady environment with homeless people wandering around at night;
- Lack basic service / amenties. No free water. No extra blacket (seriously?). No tissues (seriously?).
- Staff are rude. One time I asked for tissues and they laughed like this is an outrageous ask.

Yes I would like to make a about Fatima from the motel 6 Sunnyvale South. My Opinion has done a really neat job. I have experienced from other hotels that when I come into the room seems a little Dole and and have sat on bed coverings and slept in blankets and sheets that made me feel like things were crawling on me. But every time I come to this motel 6 so for it out of all the other motel 6 in hotels I've been through these rooms that Fatima cleans is so far the neatest I've experienced and always smells fresh blankets always feel clean I never see a stain on the floor on tables when I take off my shoes to walk on the floor barefoot it I don't feel disgusted so I want to thank you Fatima for doing an excellent worker for some reason every time I rent a room here at Sunnyvale South motel 6 your card with your name is always in the room and I've been wanting to comment on that so thank you for tomorrow for being the nearest and the cleanest job hope you get a promotion cuz you deserve it.

I like how professional was the workers. We came at night and received a perfect serving from the guy who’s name is Hawey

Howie gave us excellent service and was very accommodating to our needs. He is an outstanding employee and deserves a raise!

Elsa cleaned the room very well and was very friendly. All hotel stuff is nice and helpful.

Excellent service during check in. The staff members are all extremely professional and courteous. The room is clean and well maintained. Rooms facing the back of the property are quieter. Overall, it is a good experience so far.

I have been staying at this Motel 6 on and off for a few months due to my unique work position nearby. This is one of the best Motel 6's I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms are modern and feature all of the basics you'd expect. As well, the front desk staff has been incredibly helpful on same day cancellations and rebooking in the past. Adam in particular was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. I don't think you can beat this Motel 6 anywhere in NorCal for the location, amenities, cost, and customer service.

Worst experience ever, Called to asked room prices and a guy named David answered and hung up on me when I asked them about 2 days price.
Showed up to front desk and he was sleeping with the door closed and tv on
Never staying here, not serious business.unprofessional and rude.

The staff were friendly. No issue there. The area looks kind of sketchy, but it's fine. Cheap rates for this area.

The room was another story. My room was falling apart. Looked like a dive. The grout in the floor of the bathroom had blood stains in it. The shower was only dribbling and the water was lukewarm. It never got hot. That's unacceptable in my book.

The room heater was quiet enough. Access to the freeway, excellent. There's a Dennys and a Hobees next to the hotel.

If safety is an issue with you, the hotel, the area, and the people staying there all seemed fine to me. You may want to check out your room before paying for it.
