29Loud fighting at 3am.sexual predators trying to coerce women into their room.trying to get them drunk. Cops come mgr says sorry.no offer for reimbursement or a fee stay.no fridge or microwave.just basic features.
Location was great, right next to a cafe and in and out burger, rooms were clean and comfy, service was good and attentitive
It would be nice if your matress' wasn't so worn out. The springs in the mattress provided no support and created a one sided lopsided effect
My larger family was supposed to get 2 connecting rooms for one week. Did not get connecting rooms. Was disconnected from reservations 4 times trying to resolve the issue and when all said and done I was told that I had to call guest relations for any kind of discount or compensation for the issue
Loved the room, the pool looked beautiful & it's easily accessed from the freeway.
Thanks for being a saving grace on a bad night and giving me & my family a warm bed to sleep in at the drop of a dime!

Rooms were not clean with dirty floors and smell cigarette all over the room. I asked for a non-smoke room which the sign indicated on the door but apparently that wasn’t the case inside. Not enough towels for four guests. Bathroom door was broken and room very noise from the freeway close by. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
My room was smelling cigarettes in the toilet. I booked a non-smoking room. Except that everything is good.
My experience was good period when my card didn't work I got no hassle and getting a new one. When someone random came to my door I called the office and they looked into it and walked around the property. I like the fact that they had video surveillance which made my stay with the kids a little bit safer.
The location is great. Access to the 405 freeway is very convenient. Next door is the Westminster Cafe (large selection/excellent breakfasts) and an In&out Burger. The room was clean with daily maid service. The room furniture is spartan and the shower is small but I was there to visit family so all I needed was a place to sleep at night. Why pay for a fancy motel when you are out of it most of the time?
