Awful experience. The manager Diego Prado is an awful, unprofessional bully. I used their services 2x. The first time they sent three people who were nice enough and did a decent job but one had considerably bad hygiene which really bothered me. Not to judge someone who is working hard and sweating but he came in already smelling strongly. Not the best thing when you want your house clean and fresh and you’re paying good money for it. It was also worse the 2nd time and they also used a dirty mop or something that left a horrible odor in my house. The first time they came I pointed out to them in detail that my oven is hard to clean with several heavy pieces that detach. When I inspected more closely after they left I saw that they carelessly scratched the stainless steel very badly on my brand new expensive oven.
It was poor judgment on my part to use them again but I was in a bind for time and had a big event coming up at my house. Well, they pretty much just skipped my daughters room or did so little in there that you could not tell it was cleaned. I had to leave my windows open all day to alleviate the strange odor left in my house. But here comes the real kicker, the manager, Diego Prado, was so rude to me about payment immediately after it was borderline harassment and I quite literally had to block his number and emails bc he was non stop texting me to pay and treating me like a criminal. What happened was I paid through Zelle and it did not go through right away - so I sent him a confirmation as proof and said I was very busy for a few days so if I needed to contact the bank it will have to wait a few days. This guy would not let up and was trying to say I needed to handle it right away and treating me so disrespectfully. I asked many times for him to stop and he would not so my only choice was to block him. Very weird experience and I hope no one else has to be subjected to that unwarranted aggressive behavior by Diego Prado, the “manager”.

Crew arrived on time and was complete at their scheduled time. Very nice, very thorough and every room was treated with the same care. I will definitely be scheduling another cleaning service with Mothers Earth Maids!

We have been using Mother Earth Maids for a few months and have loved the service. They are so responsive, always on time, and do a fantastic job. We are so happy to have found a reliable cleaning company that uses safe products and consistently does great work.

I think it's ok if you hire them for regular cleaning.
They are very polite, responsive, and on time. I appreciate the manager's working attitude, also grateful that they are able to schedule me in during their busy session.

The reason I only gave them three stars we because I asked them to do a move-in cleaning after kitchen renovation. I specifically asked them to focus on the kitchen area. The floor was new, the carpet was new, the previous owner also cleaned the house, so most of the house is clean. Yet When I walked into the kitchen I immediately saw two chunks of white powders on the floor. How did that happen? They promised to clean all the cabinet, doors, switches, windows but overlook the dust on the floor? ! I'd rather them charge a full fee for move-in cleaning and do a thorough job. However, again, I'm sure they can do a great job for regular cleaning.

Mother Earth Maids is an incredible company. They work seamlessly together as a team cleaning every corner of your home. You will not be disappointed as they strive to leave your home in condition. Their products are all natural and are not harsh or abrasive. They arrive with all cleaning materials and you don’t have to worry about providing any cleaning supplies for them. Their efficiency is admirable and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The crew showed up on time for my deep clean and I was so pleased with the results that I scheduled them for cleaning every 4 weeks. Just had the second cleaning band was very satisfied with the results

We have been using MotherEarth Maids in our house every 2 weeks for a number of years and find the service to be excellent. They are very professional and extremely thorough. If we have to change the day of the service for some reason (such as house guests, being out of town, or having repairs done on the house), we call the manager at least 24 hrs.in advance and we can easily work out another date. We were quite appreciative when at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we received a detailed email from MotherEarthMaids about how their workers would adapt their services so that we could all be as safe as possible, and everything has been fine so far from that standpoint. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to others; they are much better than any other housecleaning service that we used previously.

I’m new to the area and have tried a few different cleaning services but I am happy to have found a great team here at Mother Earth. They pay attention to details and I felt very comfortable with Sheila and her team in my home.

We had a great experience with Mother Earth Maids! They wore face masks the whole time, deep cleaned EVERYTHING from the baseboard to inside the fridge and even got out a deep stain we had in the bathroom that I thought would never go away, but they got it out, all while using non-toxic cleaners! We will 100% use them again!
