The site manager, T. R, is terrific. He's quick to answer, fun to talk to, and has great customer service skills. When the cheek pads for the helmet I ordered were too small he sent me the next two sizes free of charge. He also was super helpful when I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. They also have fantastic sales for the same items you would see on other sites, from now on I'm ordering my gear from here.

With the online stores flooded with illegitimate or fraudulent sites, you have to keep your guard. So, when coming across a deal that seems too good to be true, you reasonably become apprehensive. I took the chance…. And I could not be any more impressed with a company and how they handled my entire purchase. In the age of digital purchases with sight unseen products, customer service is key. The owner himself responded to me whilst riding a train from California to New York to resolve my issue. My issue was on me, I selected the wrong size helmet. He immediately shipped my correct size so I was able to take delivery in time to purchase my new bike and all from the train! The return of my wrong sized helmet was processed without charge for shipping and restock fee as fast as it could have been. They offer various ways of communicating: Text, Email and an immediate responsive chat from website with a human being on the other end! Buy from them. 5 stars!

So I started searching for a motorcycle helmet and came across Motor Psycho Sport. I hit the message button and started a conversation with the owner T. R. Now like I said it was the owner, not a robot or a fake person who doesn’t work for the shop. He didn’t just answer my question but continued to converse about other things in my journey of parts for my motorcycle.

I live on the east coast in Pennsylvania and shipping was incredibly fast and I mean stupid fast. I placed my order for a Shoei helmet on June 7th and it arrived on June 10th. You can’t beat that kind of service. The package also arrived in perfect condition as well.

I ordered my Moto boots for this weekend but I didn't realize I had my old address automatically plugged in. So I was worried I would be on the trails with no boots. I contacted motor psycho sport @ around 8pm and within minutes I received a text message asking the new address and it didn't even delay the delivery date!

I purchased Alpinestars Tech-10 boots. I was late ordering them but TR ensured the Tech-10's would be delivered in time for my trip to Peru. Well there was a delivery issue with the shipping company or warehouse. TR did an awesome job handling the problem. He kept me updated on the progress of the delivery. It is hard to find customer service like that anymore. I received the Tech-10's in time for my trip. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Motor Psycho Sport. They have great prices and selection. I did a lot of business with the other large moto supply companies (RM, Motosp) in the past. I ordered an Arai helmet from my local motorcycle shop. After 5 days, I got an email stating the helmet is not available. I ordered another size and same thing, unavailable. I wanted a specific helmet and was told I can't get one. I somehow found Motor Psycho Sport, found the helmet I wanted, got a chat message from T. R, nearly immediately. I was assured the helmet was available and that Arai changed distributors. I ordered the helmet and it was shipped next day. Got it today and I couldn't be happier. I live on the East Coast and the service from the West coast was faster than I got locally. The price was also $80 less expensive than anyone else. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Wow! This place is great. Businesses like this are few and far between. Jeff fixed my bike in record time after the Honda dealer didn't want to work on it because they said it was too old (very clean 2002 XR400). The bike has never run so well since I got it back from him. Fair pricing, pleasant to deal with, and he genuinely cares about his customers. I will always bring my bikes to this place in the future.
