Moulton Parkway Auto Spa / LW Shell Hand Car Wash and Gas Station

Waste of time and money. Only one car in front of me, both doors open ready for vacuum. Saw 3 employees standing in shade looking at their cell phones. No one vacuuming. Went in to pay and waited for my car. Saw 3 cars in line before my car that weren't even there when I pulled up. Went back out to speak to the guy who wrote the ticket, he ignored me but I watched as my car was moved ahead of another car. After car was dried, put back the seat to see all kinds of stuff left over from only vacuuming half the front Had to drive back around to have job completed. Again, was treated like I had the plague. No one approached me to diffuse the situation. Will never return. Rather wet my car with a garden gose.

I went by to get my car washed since it had not been washed for a couple of months. They did a quick job, the inside was still dirty. Super disappointed. I was thinking they would be happy to have business since they didn't have any due to quarantine. I should have known based on no other cars being there.

Thieves - they will steal any valuable out of your car. Had my car washed and detailed and they stole my $250 dollar AirPods out of my car. Go look at other reviews, dozens of other people have had items stolen from their cars while they were getting them detailed. These are the worst of the worst kind of people.

Follow all these negitive reviews! I paid 90 bucks to get my car vacuumed and washed and they didn't even vacuum it! They did a half butt job in the interior and the exterior isn't even washed correctly! Their missing so many spots, I honestly can't believe it took them 2 hours to do a crappy job on vacuuming and to wash the car? Definitely avoid this place at all cost.

I must advise you that this is not a typical car wash. When you pull up there is a guy that is instantly on you trying to sell you an assortment of different packages that are usually more expensive services performed in the detail shop

Pay no attention to negativity here this is a great spot. Been here before these ridiculous super store car washes. Place is nice.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Bait and switch pricing, they don't spend any time on your car and they do not pay attention to details. I paid extra for deep clean and when I complained about all the areas they missed the manager said I needed to upgrade to a "DETAIL PACKAGE" and pay $150+ dollars. Funny how he didn't tell me that originally, Crooked, lazy, stay away.

Less than 1; seemed like problem with equipment; they were taking cars anyway, had to get back to work after 45 min-hour wait and my car still by the gas pumps. Just said "they were busy". That wasn't the problem. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, never again.

Prices seem a little high but everyone is super nice here. Waiting for my car now. I will update this review once I get it back. Hopefully no one steels my stuff. Lol. Sounds like several reviews claim that here.
Well so far pretty decent job. Not super detailed as I had pointed out some things to clean and had to ask again since they weren’t done but not a big deal.

This is the worst car wash ever, my car looked the same as It was, when I asked to vacuum my car again, the manager told me I should have paid extra to get a better clean, he was so unhelpful and unfriendly as the employees. I would never recommend this place

Do not come here unless you want them to steal your belongings. We came here to get a car wash and when we got to our car we found that one of the employees had stolen two of our really nice expensive glasses and the empty cases. When we conforted one of the employees they said it’s been happening and they will tell management. That was it. We did not get our belongings back and all they said was sorry it’s your own responsibility.

Yesterday was my first time here and I had a brand new t-shirt in a package stolen out of my car. Very disappointing and I will not go back!

Changed the deal. Said he would do everything including the rugs. When my rugs were not done, I questioned it. He said that he never said that and I would have to tip the guy another $20 for rugs. I drove away because he kept arguing with me. I will never go there again.

Got my car detailed here. Victor helped us and he did an AMAZING job. My car looks brand new! I will definitely be coming back here.

Great customer service and very friendly. Was not impressed with vehicle appearance after washing had lots of bugs still on w8ndsheild and water dried on windshield.

Got the works, $35, and my car wasn't clean. Bird poop and water spots, and a dirty windshield for $35.

Went to 2 places before this to try and get the pine sap off my windshield and hood. Without even asking, these guys got all the sap off and suggested I get an extra wax sealant, they explained how this will prevent the sap from bonding to the paint.

This morning I was able to rub the pine sap off my paint with with a damp rag! Thanks to the guy who suggested that extra spray wax!

Sucked! The outside manager was nice but I got my phone charger (that was brand new) and 2 umbrellas stolen!

I had gone to the desert the previous weekend and my truck was dripping with mad and absolutely dirty. They cleaned it up like new. Management wonderful, workers and environment set up is great. Definitely recommended!
