They have robo called me 20 plus times in the last two months. Would not use them if they were the last mortgage company on earth.

This' s a scam operation, they call and when you call back they hang up on you. I'm reporting them to the FCC and FBI.

This business has called me 13 times in 8 days. They have never left a voice-mail. I will not answer a number that is identified as a spam caller.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of Ramon Walker for the last week and he won’t even return calls. He will send a text saying he will call back and never does. Really doesn’t seem like they care about your business

These db's cannot even answer some simple questions about loans when they were the ones calling me. DON'T waste your time because they have $15/hr workers calling who don't know a thing about loan and then they try to negotiate terms that they have no idea what and how it will impact your situation.

13 weeks in and still not closed on a refinance.not for lack of communication on my part either. It's impossible to get anyone to call you back and none of our loan processing team answers emails. Still trying to get this finished since I dont want to eat the appraisal cost but I have no faith in this being executed at this point

I’ve been getting their calls for MONTHS every single day. They never leave messages, and when I’ve answered other times no one responds and the line just sounds like some is calling me from their pocket. Today when i answered a woman said something kind of murmured and when i asked her to repeat it she gave me an attitude about it and said it exactly the same way. She said something along the lines of me pressing a Facebook ad except I’ve never needed a loan as I’m IN COLLEGE, and when i said that i don’t need a mortgage she hung up on me. Why am I on this call list, this is so unprofessional and obnoxious.

Worst experience from a lender. It took 4 months of me initiating communications of where/what was needed to complete the refinance process was. The initial broker that I was assigning provided false information time and time again that led to me getting behind 3 months of payments because “I should be closing by the end of the month”. When mentioned to management I was told I need to be current to continue. That is understood, but not even an apology for negligence from the staff or compensation. Avoid any business if you want to get thing done in a timely manner with communication.

I had started my Home refinance with company on 23 th July 2020 and during the processing it was very hard to reach out with these people no any response to text or email and not even phone call and they had send to three different loan estimates after my appraisal and after that I had received three different CD in a week.they only advertised they company with different offers but they won’t fulfill it and the Guy Name Mason Sargent and Roman and his whole team unprofessional no any clearance and guys finally I have to cancel my application after working 6 and more weeks and I don’t want to share all what happened during this 6 weeks with them but guys be aware of this people.all lies in their promise and I wish I could give them 0 star and I had lost my appraisal fees and I really do not recommend this company at all

Stay away from these people. I tried to do a refi through them but had to cancel after some shady dealings. I was contacted by a Mason and he gave me a great rate based on my high credit score. He said everything should be a slam dunk and that it would be done within 3 weeks.

After a month, I get a message from a Maya saying there was a problem with my refi. Apparently the agent working on my loan wasnt licensed in my state. She offered to re-submit my application, but I told her I did not want to do business with them.

They will get reported to the BBB and the AG of California.

BEWARE! Worst experience ever. Stay away from this company
1. They pre approved us for a loan amount and then rescinded it during the loan process, 3 weeks in.
2. They refused to communicate with us when we had questions. They (Mason, Paola, Elicia) would not return phone calls/emails.
3. The CEO Ramon would not return calls or emails.
4.37 days into our loan process and the loan was still in underwriting. Mt. Diablo still didn’t have a closing date for us. Mt Diablo forgot to order certain documents that were needed for underwriting.
5. Day 38 we dropped Mt Diablo and went with another company and closed the loan in 14 days.
We have never had dealings with such an inept/ incompetent group of people.

Great if you are lonely and want someone to keep calling you no matter how many times you tell them you are not interested.

Awful experience with them. I contacted them, specifically Cody & Ramon, to refinance my mortgage. I had an offer at the time ready to be signed at a notary with another lender, but would like to shop around to see if I may get a better offer. They offered me a very good number that could save me $100 more a month. I stop working with the other lender as I relied on their promise. I submit all the documents they requested. It took 3 weeks! For underwriter to finish her job, then they requested for an appraisal. I told them, you did not send me any official agreement for the promise you gave me on the rate and closing costs! Cody said, everything is good. They did not lock-in my rate! I said, I will not pay $700 for appraisal if I do not like the numbers you are officially giving me. Anyways, the numbers Cody offered me was 7k higher in closing costs. He said, lender does not give the credit they were giving initially! I said, why did not you lock-in the rate and he said, we cannot do that. I return back to my initial broker, he locked-in another rate (immediately!) and now I am collecting docs from scratch again for that. I had to pay 2k more for closing costs as well comparing to the loan I was almost done with it 4 weeks ago but gave it up because of these guys!

My suggestion is avoid these stupid companies. They promise just to attract you. They do not care about your loss as they just think about their percentage.

Read reviews. I did not do that. You read the review and do not fall in their trap.

I worked with Ramon and Mount Diablo a few years ago for a refinance and they did great. Went back to them for another refinance and this time has been horrible. I started working with them in Jan 2020 and it is now July and they still have not been able to fulfill their promises. Communication was non-existent and even thought I gave them chance after chance, including getting emails from Ramon saying that he was on it and was going to get this taken care of, I never heard follow up from him or any member of his staff. Avoid if you actually want to get the work done. Now having to start my refi with a whole new company.
