Mount Shasta City KOA Holiday reviews
17 Really nice lights at tent camp
bathroom and shower laundry cleaned noisy the train when it’s come by
Nice stay passing through my only complaint would be there is a train that passes through atleast 4 times throughout the night. If you have a choice of sites 1-4 are very nicely situated under the redwoods.
Nice place. Very clean and staff is great. Swimming pool is cool but refreshing. The campground is in town but tucked away in its own little forest. Nice cabins.
Disappointing given its a "Holiday" KOA. Not much grass. Mainly dirt. Train noise combined with 5 fwy noise make it highly undesirable. 1st week of October still hot during the day but see amenities winding down (I.e. Pool). We past Milford Holiday KOA before reaching this one. Milford looked way more lush and green. If you just need a place to pull into late at night or be in close proximity to the town of Shasta then this will do but leave some white noise on when you try and sleep.
Very dirty and dusty. Showers in poor condition, sites are in bad shape and very uneven. Poor representation for a KOA
Terrible for hikers, they took our money and then told us there was no access to toilets or showers and refused to give us a refund.
I work at Mt Shasta City KOA I truly enjoy my Job and it's so beautiful and peaceful. Thank You Mt. Shasta City KOA.
A beautiful campground with lots of extras for the whole family! The campground was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the playground & the pool.
More on the primitive side, lots of dirt and gravel and large trees. Nice sized spaces, playground and pool.
Would have rated 5 stars, but trains wake you up at night.
Tent sites are along tracks plus the highway so you also hear trucks and motorcycles.
Plenty of tent sites to choose from.
I’ve stated several KOA campgrounds throughout the seven Western United States. I would say that this one rates at the top of my list. Well-maintained with lots of amenities including children’s playground dog run and etc.the space between sites is certainly reasonable with some premium sites including fire pits and outside seating. Showers and restrooms are well-maintained. I will definitely visit this park again.
Been here many times and always enjoy our stay. Recently added an ADA shower that is only unlocked for people who need it. Very nice! Great job!
I went to take a shower, the showers were not very clean at all, it really was stinky in there, as far as my stay for the night, I'm still here for the night, it seems to be quiet, it's 10: 37, and I just heard someone over at the RVs, laughing really loud, how rude for every one else that is already sleeping.
The Campground itself is ok, but if you're looking for a peaceful night - go somewhere else. It Was as though trains were going through the middle of our tent. Sleep here only of you have no other choice or don't mind noise. It was not worth $40 in any way!
Hi very nice place, great shade, extremely nice workers, owners, clean, nice place one the best KOA
Drove over after being at Burney Falls campsite. The drive was awesome and our overtime stay was fun!
Amazing customer service. The people in the office are amazing and super helpful, thanks for everything guys!
