Remarkable customer service from James and Paul, who went out of their way to ensure our new spa was serviced during the snow storm this week. They were quickly, professional, and came up with a great solution. Grateful for them both!

The two gentleman from Mountain Home Center that came and installed the new top for our hot tub and remove the old one were very professional, kind, and efficient. They were in and out before we even knew it.

I have shopped at Mountain Hardware for years- love the products and the service. But Haakon and Aaron went above and beyond a few weeks back- I was stuck in my Jeep on Hwy 89, after trying to dig my car out for an hour. They stopped, pulled over and managed to pull my Jeep out with their truck. Can’t even imagine how long I would have stuck there so THANK YOU Haakon and Aaron!

Having purchased a home with a Hot Spring spa and never having owned one prior, we went to Mt Home Center looking for help. Were we lucky to meet Linda Nichols. She looked up our address and confirmed they had serviced our spa in the past. She was able to determine how old our filters were and counseled us on spa chemicals and routine maintance. Linda was friendly, patient and very helpful. We walked out of the store with confidence that we can properly maintain our spa. After taking inventory of the chemicals the prior owners left, we were back in the store to purchase additional supplies. Again, Linda helped us explaining what we needed and why. He came to my house this week and gave me a very thorough overview of how to use the spa. He was extremely helpful. I just purchased a hot tub from Mountain Home Center and had a very positive experience. Mary, my sales person, kept me updated with my order and answered all my questions. Sam is great and full of information on how to keep your hot tub running and in top shape. The delivery team was great too; even spending extra time to answer questions for my electrician who was onsite at the time.

Paul Richardson is a Tech all companies should have. We purchased our gas fireplace insert at least 20 years ago and decided it was time for some maintenance, the remote was not working properly. Made an appointment for a service call, up rolled Paul with all his equipment. He laid down a tarp, and then commenced to take the entire unit apart. Found an item that needed replacing, part was in his vehicle. No nonsense work ethic, continued non stop until job was completed. Would not hesitate to use Mountain Home Center to either purchase goods or for service of equipment, with Techs like Paul you will be pleased with the results.
