4Brought documents for TSA pre-check. Was told one of my certified copies was not actually legitimate. It was exactly the document I was sent from the county, but I had to go all the way home again to get some thing alternative because the staff member didn’t know what a County certified copy looks like.

Tried to get my fingerprints taken for work, but they turned me away on THREE separate occasions with a different weak excuse each time. Experiencing this plus seeing 10 unhappy faces crammed in the waiting room, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to get your taxes done here. Avoid at all costs.
If there is a way to get a person on the phone at this business I haven't found it. But I have found that they don't value customers by the fact that there is no way to get a person on the phone!
