Mountain Mike's Pizza, Fair Oaks CA

We ordered a pizza to be delivered and paid with a credit card, when they arrived at the house they demanded cash for the pizza. Which the payment came off the card. Not sure what is going on with this place, never have had an issue like this before.

Horrible service the manager on duty refused me service and didn't give me any options to get food, after she said they were not open at 930 when they close at 10 she hung up on me and said if I called back she would just "let it ring"for the next 30 minutes, also refused to give me her name, will NEVER order here again unless things change

Horrible service! The "manager" hung up on me several times. They turned me away by hanging up at 930 when they closed at 10pm. The "MANAGER" also wouldnt give me her name. Im only giving one star because I have to!

My family and I like Mountain Mike’s Pizza except this location. The owner, an Indian fellow seems to be in a sour mood every time we come in. I don’t think it’s personal but it sure sours our meal. Not to mention; he never gives a receipt after a card purchase.

Always the best pizza! I love the white sauce and all the vegetarian pizza options they have on the menu! They are so friendly and my order is always ready when it’s supposed to be. Love this place!

Ordered 2 times now from this location. Both times have been A+! Before coming here I've never had a Moutain Mikes. I have to say it is now my favorite place for a go to!

Not sure if they changed the dough to save money during covid but they're charging the same prices. Barely any cheese, half of the slices have no cheese and with the dough not being good like the usual mountain Mike's one was, this is over priced trash. I'd rather get a deep dish from little Cesar's than pay 20$ more for this junk.

I ordered 10 large pizzas for my coworkers. The order was ready on time and the pizzas were hot. They did a great job. Everyone enjoyed the pizza. Highly recommend this place.

This is simply the best pizza in the area. Always hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely check this location out. Thanks for be amazing and always taking care of us.

The BEST beer selection I have had at any pizza place ever! The fact that the service here is exceptionally awesome keeps me coming back for their delicious food. One of our family favorites is their Mt. Vesuvius which is not on their regular menu. But it’s a must try if you like spicy chicken. The owners Paul & Soni are wonderful people and the way they handle their business is great. While we missed dining in over the last few months, their pizza is a weekly staple in our household. Looking forward to having our holiday family get together if conditions permit.

This place is depressing. The manager and some workers are just straight rude and disrespectful. I seen them be very disrespectful to people and Doordash delivery personnel as well. Can’t see myself enjoying pizza from a place like this.

We've been going to this location for years. We ordered a pizza tonight and I told the man over the phone we wanted half of the pizza with chicken and jalapeños with the garlic white sauce. I told him twice. Get home and the pizza is just chicken with garlic and garlic white sauce. So we give them a call to let them know they got our order wrong and he has the audacity to argue with us over the phone. We will not be coming back to this location due to how rude we were treated over the phone BY THE OWNER HIMSELF!

I tried to use the 49ers official coupon to get the large pizza online and the coupon worked but the checkout didnt. So I called the mountain Mike's located on sunrise and Madison in fairoaks because that's where I was placing my order and the gentlemen I spoke to was extremely rude. He would not help me at all and then told me I had to spend 25 dollars to use the coupon which wasnt true. He was supposedly the manager. We ended going to the mountain Mike's in Gold River. They were wonderful and we were able to use the coupon.

The Pizza Has gone Down Hill, I gave it 3 chances & Every time it was disappointing & the staff are rude at both the Sunrise & Madison location and the Fair Oaks location isn't any better. & It's Too Expensive,

Just had end of soccer party at this location. Service and good was great. Arcade was great attraction for the kids
