Friendly people. Fast service. I'm from out of town and they called to make sure I was coming to the right one. I appreciate the call.

Disgusting. Pizza nasty. My dog usually eats everything he ate a sausage and spit it out and went to eat his own food.
Omg. And onions tasted bitter like they been sitting in water (sauerkraut)
Bottom of crust tasted lemony/bitter taste
Like something on the pizza peel when they place/remove pizzas.
This my first experience with this location.
I been a loyal mnt mikes customer 10 yrs every weekend, at my home city. Usually pizza awesome. Stay away from this location! You have been warned

Garbage. Don't try it.

You'd think a franchise would have some basic formula for making decent pizza. You would be very wrong.

Undercooked dough, expired veggies, and meats that are about 50% gristle.

It's like they are mandated to put out terrible food or something.

I want to say thank you for hiring Andres he went out his way to help me use my digital gift card. I had a bad experience at one of the Oakland locations well two because I received the gift card because the east Oakland location was not so good and sold me burnt food so I received this gift card tried to use it at the Harrison location and the staff didn't want to honor it and told me they don't have the scanner when I seen the scanner with my own eye's. So Andres called his manager to figure it out very patient young man. He could of lied to me just like the Harrison location near downtown Oakland. If I had extra money on me I would have tipped him. My next visit is will tip him. Thank you

The employees are very nice and helpful. And they make the pizza perfectly just sometimes oversalted

Man ohhh man! What a great pizza! I always order the all meat, with tomatoes, thin crust, light red sauce, light cheese and well done. This Mountain Mikes nails it every-time! They are always so kind when they answer the phone and you can tell have a smile on their face. I love when I find good humans like this and BONUS! Great pizza too. They are always on time or before time when delivering, again, with a smile and pleasantness.

They’re very kind to children. I appreciate the staff so much! The front lady cashier is exceptionally nice.

That's just a pizza I buy all the time. Because all other Is pizzas from different companies are nasty to me

As a customer If I could give this location a lower rating I would. We were treated poorly by the lady who shall not be named and was given a pizza that would have sent my wife to the hospital. We told her multiple times we received the wrong order and was treated like we made the mistake. My lady is deathly allergic to seafood and would never have intentionally place anchovies on her pizza. Customer service goes a long way and I hate to say there was not a scrap of it here. Be careful cause this may happen to you. You may not remember the people but you do remember the experience that you had.

May be a good place for pizza lovers, for the rest of the manu they are terrible lest not talk about Armony or music.

Mountain Mike's makes very good pizza for a franchise operation. The trick is to know your crusts. I really like the thin crust. But you might like the regular crust. I also think that sometimes less is more with the toppings. They deliver!

The girl at the register could have been a little more friend there especially when you're up there in age she was kind of Snappy first time I've been in there to ask you a questions about the pictures and she was just rushing you to do it wasn't like she had a line of people I'm 73 and disabled she wasn't very friendly to try to help you

Great pizza but even better people. Homeless man came in and was treated with respect;not just yelled at and told to leave.my new spot for a pie.

Very clean and pleasant employee's. Pizza was hot and very tasty. Pick up your order though.
