Mountain Mike's Pizza, San Jose CA

Service wasn't great. I don't know if it's because they were busy? There were only 3 workers and the place was BUSY. Pizza is always good

It's a great place for families, the pizza is good and there's games and lots of room, the service is great people are just happy there,

The best pizza I had in a long time! The amount of product they put on the pizza was awesome they didn't skimp.

I love the Pizza, unfortunately the restaurants are not very nice. Usually are in disarray, sort of rundown and not so clean. A bit pricey for the atmosphere.

Received late, cold and really greasy. Not my best experience with this location. Don't know if they changed owners. Definitely red flags.

I called and ordered to go and the employee picked up the phone was
very nice and professional. I forgot to ask her her name but I hope the manager look into it and give her a raised when her review comes. I was happy with my pizza and customer service too. Round Table was my favor pizza before but their customer service is so rude and disappointed.
Now you guys are my favorite now.

I had went to this location while out shopping. It was busy night for the location as there was a bday party and sports on the tv with men drinking and eating. I was greeted by Faviola and she suggested a great veggie style pizza and had answered my questions. She was friendly and joking with me and delivered my pizza to my table. She even offered to bring cheese and peppers if i needed. The place was clean and i seen Faviola cleaning the front answering phones and taking care of new customers. I had a great experience with this location and the staff. Thank you

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service! Do not waste your time or a cent on this establishment. Do not recommend it at all. How they treat the customers they get is unacceptable. Rude and unprofessional does no good for a business, which CLEARLY shows based on previous reviews.

The customer service is bad here and they speak to you like they don't care. I believe they don't. Pizza is ok. I have had many bad experiences, specifically with online orders and delivery timing [delivery at 5pm doesn't mean whenever you want, because "we are busy bro"]. An hour early is unacceptable. What if we weren't even home? Order correctness is another problem of theirs. Shame on me for giving the benefit of the doubt, I guess. Probably won't go back now. Today was the last time.

Delivery person can NEVER find me though provided with detailed instructions.
Delivery time is always 90 mins or more.
Last 2x my order was also WRONG!
AT ALMOST $60 EACH, YOU WOULD THINK I COULD GET A WHOLE HOT PIZZA AS ORDERED. BUT NO! I GET WHAT LOOKS LIKE THEY PIECED TOGETHER FROM THEIR BUFFET TABLE! SEE PHOTO.

About 40.00 for a large veggie with garlic. She said 6.00 extra for garlic out of a jar, but told me over the phone when ordering it was 3.00. I asked her why she didn’t let me know about the 6.00 charge over the phone and refused to take off the extra charge.realizing later at home we couldn’t even taste the cheese. I don’t think she remembered to put the cheese on it. The other man behind the counter was walking around without a mask. Not one other customer was in the building. Not only the worst Pizza I’ve ever ordered but the service was unacceptable. The Mountain Mike’s on Curtner was delicious, crowded with customers and the customer service was fabulous! Goes to show you what a difference it makes with location. Shame on you!

The pizza is good, no issue there. I’ve bought twice from this place and both times I’ve gotten a bad experience. I ordered through Slice app the first time, a pizza and wings paid for through the app. I show up and I’m being asked to pay again, and I am just now hearing there’s no more wings. I was charged for the pizza + wings and never received my refund for the wings.
Second time was this past weekend, ordered and paid through mountain mikes website, I show up at the estimated pick up time and I end up waiting for 30 more minutes. Pretty forgettable until I see my cards posted transactions and I see was charged more than the receipt I got. Inexcusable.

Very close to home! Few customer (labor day weekend) front desk girl totally in slow motion but understood: long weekend so "hang loose". Real good pizza (Mc Kingsley was the one).
