It's just okay. The salad bar had iceberg lettuce that was damn near brown. For $7.99? Rip off.

The manager her was super helpful with my order. They were super busy so the wait was long, but the food was definitely worth the wait. My coworkers were also surprised by the quality and flavor of the chicken hawaiin pizza and garlic bread

Nice quiet environment and the best pizza I have been going to this restaurant for years It was used for my daughter’s softball games years ago

Visiting San Ramon from Indiana for work. The hotel recommended Mountain Mike’s…so glad they did. Best pizza ever! Please open a store in Lafayette Indiana!

Went to the lunch buffet they only put out two pizzas they do not even put out specialty pizzas what a total ripoff $32 for two people

They wanted 1.65 each for small, very watered-down ranch. Pizza was not good. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a large pizza and 12 chicken wings at 5: 30 PM. At 6: 45 PM I was told my pizza wasn’t ready because someone dropped it on the floor and it needed to be redone. Nobody called me to let me know everything was going to be delayed. Did the chicken wings need to be redone too, because when I finally received my order, the chicken wings weren’t even completely cooked, they were rubbery and partially RAW! How appetizing is that? The pizza was so greasy we had to completely blot it with paper towels before it could be eaten and we ordered the veggiemore with light sauce.

The people taking orders were so rude and obnoxious! They didn’t seem to be the least bit interested that my order was unacceptable. All they said is I would need to speak to the owner and he wasn’t there.

I won’t be returning, too many other good places to order food from and this isn’t one of them. I should have known better, because every time I drive by, no cars are parked out front of the place in San Ramon.

How difficult can it be to answer a phone call, take the order & have it ready for pick up in 30 minutes

Lied to me about my order being in the oven had me wait an additional 20 min before telling me my order was finally going into the oven.

Very terrible pizza and customer service. The employee wanted me to leave the space asp. The pizza was not well cooked.

The place is a wreck.

It is extremely unfortunate that I have to write this review, I called to place a order and I was told that my card was declined, the person who answered was rude! I called wellsfargo, my card was fine. I called back and asked could there be something wrong with there system because wellsfargo confirm my card was fine. The person started to become combative saying “ I told you your card isn’t going through, what do you want me to do about it? ” I asked to speak to a manager, he said that he was the manager, I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner will be in India for a one month. He also started mocking me, I will be filing a complaint a month from now when the owner returns. People like this should not be be representing a place of business in this fashion.

I do not understand how this person who is the manager has a job in customer service because clearly he isn’t good at it! I will start going to the Danville location!

Update: I ordered from the Danville location, customer service was amazing! I wish I would have used them sooner! I used my debit card and it went though perfectly fine.

So indeed it was there system and NOT my debit card.

Always our goto place for any parties. They are spot on size, delivery time and taste. My kids and their friends love the pizzas here. Our favorite is Mt Veggiemore.

Ok, over time life has taught me a few lessons. This is going to be the BEST MT MIKES PIZZA I will ever eat again.

These guys don't make their own dough. Is FROZEN delivered, the cheese is flavorless, the amount of "cheese" they put on is just enough to hold the flavorless sauce underneath.

This location is the worst of them ALL. Mt. Mikes focuses on just apologizing apologizing with no improvements. They will take your money, offer you a discount on what? POOR quality food?

All these ingredients are filled with preservatives meaning, when you gain weight from this "food" or get a headache from the MSGs that is in the "food" at Mt Mikes, don't be surprised when you are sick.

Now you will read underneath my post " Sorry sorry blah blah blah" "Hey, "business manager", you are just an employee WORKING for the bigger Mt' Mikes.

You are disgrace to the food industry.

Ask and I can show you guys where these guys get their " freshly hand tossed dough" Do me a favor! When you order your FRESH MADE pizza.taste the dough.it's filled with sugar. Sugar is addicting, making you more hungry, craving more food meaning more money for these guys.

I'm not sure what the management & employees are doing inside there, but they can't seem to do any of the 3 things required to sell pizza. Since they can't seem to take OR make an order correctly OR on time,
Maybe it's for the best when they hang up on you when you call. They are actually doing us a favor. Like me, after I called 4 times to order & was hung up on each time,
I got a delicious pizza from a competitor of theirs that I enjoyed very much.

This stores quality standards have all but disappeared...

I am extremely upset with this place of business. When you pay over the phone and they ask if you want to give a tip for the delivery driver, they do not give the driver the tip. Today we had a drop off, and the delivery driver showed us a receipt that states “ tip=0) when I called, the manager said they give the waitress the tip instead. That is unfair and stealing money. When I expressed that, they refunded the tip back on to my card. We ended up paying the delivery driver in cash!

Word of advice: when they ask you “ do you want to provide a tip on to your card or pay the driver in cash? ! ” Please decide to pay in cash. These people are money hungry and stealing money

Food was good, there was no A/C inside. Very uncomfortable to sit down and eat while sweating
