Mountain Mike's Pizza, Fresno CA

Pizza was excellent but the potato wedges were burned will not order them again also didn't have ketchup.

I got the buffet and all they had was pepperoni and cheese bread, both of which looked dry and not fresh. Of the time I was there they did not bring another pizza out for the buffet. Compared to other Mountain Mike's Pizza buffet I've had, this location has had to be the worst.

Can't never go wrong with Mountain Mike pizza, the specialty pizzas are so yummy no matter what.

Honestly the pizza was horrible mozzarella sticks it looked like they just sticked them into the microwave and the sauce that goes with the mozzarella sticks was frozen in overall the food was plain nasty iam never going back to that pizza place I was expecting quality food for my son's birthday unfortunately I took my son to the wrong place to eat pizza can't take back that day I don't recommend this place at all!

I have mixed feelings about this place in a couple of occasions I've been there I felt like I wasn't being treated fairly I almost felt boss around

Great pizza. Use to like to order a pizza and have a beer and watch whatever sports but the, $9 beer has put an end to that. Will order to pick up and take home from now on.

I ordered 3 different kinds of pizza & wings for a get together and everyone thought their pizza was delicious. People kept saying Mountain Mike's pizza is so good. You just gained more fans. Good job!

This was my first time there. The food was good. But I was very disappointed with the service. I noticed they were charging me $4 more for a salad then what was on the board. They said well the price is just now changed and they never get any kind of notice and unfortunately they could not always know when the change was going to occur. Since the buffet was down and this was just one salad I opted not to get it especially since they were not going to honor the fact that they were still advertising the old price. They were saying that the price is just changed right then. They said that the home office changes them and they will come up as something different in their computer and that they never know when that's going to happen. So then I went to my table and my friend had just got in a salad and we looked at her receipt and it was the price on the board. So I took the receipt back and question them about it. They told me the price changed within the last 15 minutes and if they didn't know when it was going to change and have no control over it. They brought over the manager and I was trying to explain the problem with the pricing changing within 15 minutes on a salad. I I finally said it's it's okay never mind it's all right it's just a misunderstanding and I went and I sat down. The manager brought some money over and gave my friend a refund for HER salad. When trying to tell her that she does not owe my friend a refund but she insisted. No one asked for a refund. I just didn't understand why they were charging me four more dollars for a salad then they charge my friend 15 minutes before me. Or how the price has changed in the computer within 15 minutes on a lunch time and nobody there knew about it and none of the other prices reflected it.it just seemed High when the buffet was actually closed. As far as Pizza goes it was very tasty.

I always go to this location. I find the pizza delicious. I used to work at one in the East Bay so it is nostalgic for me. I order a Large Half Mount Everest and half Double Pepperoni

I ordered an Everest through doordash they confirmed on their end when Dasher got there and they said they didn't have anything placed with my name went to go pick up the pizza got home and noticed that the pizza look funny all the toppings were more in the middle of the pizza figure it out later on that they actually gave me a cheese pizza and try to throw on toppings to make it look like an Everest Pizza this place is a horrible place to order do not go there I have posted this review once before and they deleted it this is the second time I posted this hopefully they don't delete it this place is not a place you go to get Quality Pizza

We are #2. Only 1 person in here. More focus on to go orders than in store. Ordered a small pizza.
Ridiculous.
Actually got refund at 6: 49 pm.

They make a great pizza and I understand that there pizza is not cheap. However, it is a step above other pizza options.

Last week they messed up our order. They promised they would credit us a pizza. So I called today because we were going to place an order and get our credit pizza. They made us feel like we were lying because we couldn't remember the person's name. Not very good customer service

First time there. My husband went to order and they were out of wings and sandwiches and only pizza and salad that was available they state. He decided that we should still try. Got 1 large pizza. The staff never gave a receipt so I had to go asked for it. Getting our drinks and notice that the ice part had a think gooey on there that touching ice or cup when putting it there so just did drinks without it. The staff took long to help with needs.
First and last time there.

Always a very clean location. The manager lady is awesome, I come in for lunch with work friends and she knows who we are and what kind of pizza we want.

Excellent enviornment, excellent buffet. Great salad bar. Price is great. Glad to see this place survived the pandemic!

Not only did they improve they customer service their buffet has a great variety of pizzaz

I came here for the lunch buffet and they forgot about the wings i ordered for the table. When i asked for them they claimed they forgot and did not offer anything to compensate for my time. A different time i ordered on line and their coupons would not work. When i asked why they claimed it was only corporate stores.pizza is 5 stars service is 2 stars.

Ordered delivery to a semi truck.
Got a large Snowy Alps pizza, the whole experience was excellent. Friendly and courteous on the phone and the delivery guy was just as great. Came in the amount of time they said. Pizza was delicious! Will def order again!

Had to go back to register an pay more for their mistake.inside was dirty they weren't checking soda bibs or cleaning them out

The pizza lunch was good. The pizza was ok before the pandemic it was awesome I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But the salad is great they have a lot of different toppings the only draw back was only two dressings. But it was very good. The garlic bread was very tasty.
