Mountain Mike's Pizza, Sacramento CA

When the manager is away, the employees will do whatever they want to do other than make a good pizza! I generally get a good pie from this spot, however recently it has been sub par. Yet, the prices have went up. At first, they tried to give me some burned garlic knots by calling them "crispy". They didn't expect me to look at the food before I left. However, after I gave the young lady the black momma stare with my lips poked out, she quickly changed her tune and took them back to have it remade. The top of the pizza looked fine upon initial inspection but when I got home and took a bite the pizza crust was dry as the Mohave desert! Not only did the cook ration the sauce like they bought it, the dough was dense like it didn't have time to rise and "crispy" aka light weight burned! This would not have happened if the manager was present. So, before you order a pizza there, it would be best to call ahead and ask if the manager is on site. Otherwise, there's no telling what you may get!

Wow! I have gone to this location multiple times! Walked in to use the restroom before I ordered my food and was harassed by the staff for not buying something before I went to use the restroom… Then was told I look homeless is why they harassed me! This place should be shut down!

Grandpa came to visit and we took the kids to pizza it's is a very clean place and the young lady working was awesome great service

Ok lets start off OMG! This pizza was nothing short of epic. I mean of course its mountain mike i only had 2 problemsl. The price way to much. Come on 18: 45 for a 1 topping. Small kinda felt like i was being. Rob.other problem at least two femaled that work there i guess were ok polite but not friendly at all.didnt smile went in back and never came back again. Yet the dude working the counter was friendly answer all my questions maybe you should have hom teach a class on how tp act at a very public place. But rember best pizza ever!

I’m sorry but…I can no longer go to this restaurant. I ordered a pizza and when we got it there was hair baked into the pizza. Of course I called and the staff was really accommodating about it so we tried it again. Unfortunately the same exact thing happened. I honestly don’t know what happening for several strands of hair to wind up baked in the pizza not once, but twice. I honestly didn’t really bother calling again because this really ruined it for me, which is a shame because I really enjoyed the pizza for the longest.

First off I have Been eating mountain Mike's pizza for years then I developed celiac disorder so I laid off pizza for a while until I found out mountain mike's had a gluten free crust and that they were very careful about not contaminating the crust because the actual owners daughter has this disorder as well so with that being said iv had this style of gluten free pizza from many mountain mike's locations and have not had any celiac symptoms until last night from this location that I have never been in Sacramento California on bruceville Rd OMG I'm in pain! As I write this I must say the place looked very clean the young lady that gave me my order was very polite my order was a little over $50 for 2 small pizzas which is because the gluten free only comes in a small size but I would like this location to please please be extremely careful when making any gluten free pizza for the next customer I mean personally I will not be returning to this location or any for a while due to how bad I feel but mountain mike's states that they take extra care when preparing this gluten free pizza even going as far as to use a dedicated oven just for gluten free crust like I said this is the first time for me getting sick and unfortunately it was a location iv never been to so hopefully this helps on the way this location prepares there gluten free pizza.

Worst place I have EVER entered.
1st, we entered and asked for a restroom, we were told that there was none. This is a sit-down restaurant.
I asked for a sandwich (they serve sandwiches), the employee told us that if we wanted sandwiches, go to Subway across the lot.
Then while as I was ordering pizza, my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke, because I had been talking to friends who smoke.the employee told me that I smelled like cigarettes and that this is a family friendly restaurant.
How friendly is that if the place was dirty?

I had the salad bar. The lettuce was so wilted. Not a lot a choices. Didn't care for the pizza.

Mountain Mike's Pizza is the perfect place for a delicious pizza and excellent customer service. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate big parties and birthdays. The service is amazing and the place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making it the best place for families to enjoy a meal together. The pizza is simply delicious, with a variety of toppings to choose from. Overall, Mountain Mike's Pizza is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Friendly and courteous staff. Good food, fresh salad bar with lots of options. We booked the private room and needed help taking into the TV for a presentation. A very helpful staff member assisted. Quite happy with the experience.

Food is always on point! Little pricy but it's worth the quality. Jess who works upfront is amazing and so kind. She is knowledgeable and gave me tips for future visits. Love this location!

The manager and staff were very helpful when I had a problem with my online order and her courteous and quick to fix the issue!
The pizza was very good! We had ordered two pizzas and we’re both quite satisfied with the quality and taste of both pizzas.
Will definitely use this location again!

Please rearrange the salad bar so that people don't go in both directions. Pizza is to the left, then salad fixings to the soda stuff. Start the lettuce near the sodas, fixings going left toward the pizzas.
