Mountain Mike's Pizza, Folsom CA

This is a very clean and well staffed pizzaria. The specialty is an amazing white "ranch" sauce that is a sumptuous delight combined with the "Snowy Alps" veggie pie or the "Chicken Club" both my family's faves.

Great dinner tonight. Pizza was exactly as we expected. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Will be back for sure.

We ordered a medium combo pizza, two personal salads and the cinnamon knots. We spent about $60 for the meal for two people. The pizza was a little burned but still edible. The salads were totally inedible. The lettuce was slimy, the cucumbers were translucent, the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. We were able to eat the carrot sticks and the dressing. (Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the salads because I wasn’t that frustrated yet.) AND, the cinnamon knots were burned and dry and also totally inedible. That was the last straw! I also want to mention that this wasn’t the first time I’d gotten a bad salad from this location. So lesson learned. We will steer clear of this mountain mikes for awhile.

Had a little hiccup w/ the order and Rashal (sic) was extremely humble and apologetic and offered a replacement stat. THAT is what I like in a restaurant. Definitely good food (And they always have) but also the smarts to know what to do if something is amiss. Thank you.

Buffalo chicken pizza was amazing! And the veggie pizza with white sauce was super delicious too. The service was remarkable. My food was delivered to my table on time. I recommend this location for great food and drinks.

Love this location the owners are so nice they brought my pizza out to me so I wouldn’t have to bring my babies in

Wed june 28 @8: 20 PM I walk into the store and there is no customers or cashiers present but one worker was sleeping at a table (not joking). A loud bell goes off when you walk inside so I waited a few minutes thinking somebody in the back would come out. After waiting I had to speak up to get help. If I wasn’t picking up an online order I would have left. No apology for the wait or even a greeting. Bad service. Also why are you napping inside the store? Go to your car or something. Unprofessional and awkward experience.

Pizza was good. Staff does not speak English. Cashier wasn’t able to answer simple questions presented by myself and others who came in to buy pizzas. Disappointing service as a result of being inept at the cashier position. Also, the video games don’t work and take your kids money.

My experience was great and the pizza was soft with a perfectly crispy bottom, so delicious.

Very good place to take your family of all ages to eat some good food and have a good time. The owners and staff are friendly. I totally recommend it.

Lady at register kind of rude. At the time to pay, her phone rang and she talked on the phone # didn't talk or look at me again (it was just me, ordering for one, so can be quick and easy. I ordered to eat in, just a mini pizza.

I sat in dining area waiting for my personal pizza. Virtually empty dining room but me. Pizza never came. I finally inquired, and the pizza was sitting in their warming cabinet. She couldn't even bother to call out my name, saying it is ready?

I remember last time coming here they were kind of rude also. How hard is it, really, to warm up a bit to your customers. "Gee, maybe that guy patiently sitting there wants to know when his pizza is ready. Maybe I can even bring it over to him. " I think I won't be back.

They make the pizza to your request and bring it out for the buffet. Also had a salad bar. We took as much salad bar and pizza that we wanted. It's a good way to serve.
