Mountain Mike's Pizza, Fresno CA

Most unpleasant experience. Ordered it with extra cheese and didn’t get it.
The pizza from this location is usually good, I just don’t know what happened this time.
We usually get our pizza from Sunnyside pizza and never have a problem, should have gone there, now I know better.

New local owners. I made it to their opening on Friday and met the new owners. Pizza is still the same great mountain mikes pizza, but I was amazed by the new interior design of this place. Although it looks like they have a few more steps to go in the interior it's still probably the best looking one I've seen. Design is warm and comforting. They told me they have a grand opening coming up but they want to have their new staff trained properly. Sounds like these owners care about customer service. Well, I hope people come to support local and maybe save the place when they enjoy it. I will be saving this place in my favs section. Edit: I should have added pics. I will be following up and I will be adding pics then.

Buffet starts 11am but they don't start making pizzas to put out until 11am so expect to wait an extra 20-30 mins so they can prep and cut up lettuce

I picked up a pizza very late, just before closing and the young men inside seemed very professional and helpful. No attitude for being so late, I appreciate that.

Called to place an order and girl that answered was very rude and told me to just order online and hung up on me. Did not buy pizza after that. Horrible customer service.

The employees were quite nice and the dessert pizza I ordered was prepared quickly and it was delicious!

Wouldn’t know if these are good. Tried to order the special and add a toping, but they literally would not sell me a pizza, so I had no choice but to leave. Guess I’ll spend my 50 bucks elsewhere.

Multiple order discrepancies on delivery orders. Some of the people taking orders on the phones seem to have a hard time utilizing common sense. Other times it's perfect, but who wants to roll the dice.

I liked the fact that Mountain Mike's pizza doesn't have that big fat edge of dough. Their pizza toppings go all the way to the edge.

Went outside to smoke a cigarette and forgot I had a salad in there and forgot a whole great salad

This place was really horrible the service of the employees here very immature. The restaurant wasn’t clean or well kept up. Salad bar was empty with no lettuce, ham, cucumber or croutons. Very bad service from kristy

The pizza was really good. The games there are pretty old, though. Still, there are TVs if you're interested in sports.

The one problem I had was that there was a couple of chunks of mold inside our parmesan cheese and it's really sad that I noticed before they did. Really grossed me out. They should keep a better eye on that.

Never been there before but my nephew brought me a pizza from there and it was absolutely fantastic but the first place I ever experienced was and Gonzales California and it was fabulous

Was quiet here on a Sunday afternoon. Was at a hotel down the street, wanted pizza, and this deliciously fit the bill. Would eat here again.

Why would you turn me away like that, all I ever wanted was you in me. For the past two days I've been trying to get at you and your all like"no we sent the last driver home early, we were to slow to keep a driver on" that was ok I will try again tomorrow

Very greasy, kind of expensive, but very satisfying.
Two roommates and I ate the Big Mike and had a hard time finishing it. It's probably the most worthwhile option there.

It was a little pricey but not bad, there weren't a lot of people there but it was a good pizza parlor with video games and plenty of TVs with the games on. It's not in a bad location it just doesn't seem to have a lot of life. If you went there with a large group that would be best.

This place has to be my favorite place for wings. There always cooked perfectly and taste amazing. We usually have good service when we come and the food comes fast.

I go here pretty often, and the pizzas are always great, but the past couple of times I've gone they've said they were out of Mountain Sized pizzas, which we always get for my family. They're never crowded when I go, which is always later at night. The employees aren't the friendliest, but they get the job done.
