I got stuck near this gem. They took care of me like a big brother.
The parts and service dept worked in harmony. They delivered what they promised. With good mood, service oriented attitude, called me when the bike was ready ahead of time.
Very good experience.
5 stars won't do justice, I'd give the a few more shining stars.

Just bought a brand new motorcycle special thanks to Ken who made the whole process very simple very fast excellent service.

We were provided excellent customer service from Brian. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all our questions concerning the approval process. Brian had our best interest and found us the best deal for us and at a good price. I would recommended Mountain Motorsports unreservedly.

Well their parts department is untrained and unaware of their policies, they need proper training.
Manager didn't even want to discuss the issue over the phone.

I placed an order for an electrical part, which the worker clearly stated it was 2 to 3 business days to deliver and would come straight to my home.
8 days later no delivery yet, I call to cancel the order and they canceled it.
I get a call later that same day saying they can't cancel the order and the order finally came in their shop?
Their shop? I was told it would be delivered to my house.
They couldn't refund me or anything and I havent even received or touched the items I ordered.
Manager couldn't talk to me or nothing, after buying a few side by sides and other gear from them this is the help I get?

Their so quick to make a quick buck but not actually help.
I think most of the parts department including their manager need proper training in helping and customer service not just wanting to make a quick buck.

They said I would get my car 3 to 10 days it’s been 3 months and still nothing don’t waste time.

Worst customer service ever. Scammers all around e store. The manger David, is who u want to stay away from. If I can rate this shop a 0 I would. When u sell someone something make sure to advise on all the terms.

Came in yesterday for a snell approved helmet that the staff said was approved. It was not approved as I found out later that day. Today not even 24 hour later I try to come to exchange or my refund and They said no.

I’ll be taking this to cortarte all that staff needs to be replaced.

Brought our Honda CRF230F to Mountain Motorsports for a preseason carb cleaning and bike ran rough when we got it back and our Rekluse auto clutch no longer worked. Called them back to ask if they could look at it and they said they were three months booked out and could only look at it then. Took it to a mechanic I have worked with in the past and he told me the reason it was running rough was the carburetor intake manifold was not attached. Unacceptable lack of service and potentially damaging to the bike on something basic. Will stick with Three Brothers in the future, longer drive from me but they have been perfect every time over many years I have used them.

I go here for repairs to my motorcycle. What I like about their service department is their work is high quality. You don't have to keep bringing your bike back in for repair. When they say it's fixed, it's fixed! Thank you service department.

Buy from these guys. Anthony (Sales) was awesome and very responsive for my purchase of a 2021 CRF125. Tony in finance also did a great job. Paid a fair price and they didn’t price gouge me. Was going to buy one from Tri-County Powersports but they wanted to charge me almost $1000.00 more for the same bike. They said they can over charge because these bikes are hard to get. Sad!

Great selection and lots of help. Sales men are good as well as their finance managers. But their parts department is great. Always willing to help and go beyond just selling you equipment. They will make sure you leave with the right stuff. Cameron & Christian have been great to work with.

Called them on monday oct 29th and left my number with a female who answered and said someone from sales would call me right back, now it is Nov 6th and no call. I guess they dont need my business, and will def be telling people I know about this

Service staffs are so nice and friendly you can't find anywhere else. Also they are very quick to respond to customers' request which is so impressive too. I wish I had those guys in my home town Anaheim area.

Awesome experience here. The service department is on point and everybody I ran into that worked here was very cool and all smiles. I wouldn’t take my CBR anywhere else

Recently purchased a Zero SR 14.4 from here they were very respectful and helped out allot. My sales guy Daniel and the whole team went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership. None of the sleazy dealership routines. These guys will treat you right.

Great place to get a bike even if you have issues with credit the guys here will help you work through it Daniel helped me get my bike and I have loved it so far. It is a smaller bike so I am already craving another one. Hoping to get a zero cycle eventually

Good people in sales and generally in this dealer. I bought 2 bikes from them and I do recommend them to any one who is in a market to buy a motorcycle used or new.

I couldn't get a salesman to talk to me & when I did, he started to LAUGH at me! So I bought a bike at Burt's motorcycle Mall in azusa

Lost my business on a 33k Can am.communication is sub par and lip service and empty promises is what I got.

It’s a shame because they gave me a killer price and guess who matched it.chaparral

Great Experience! Tim& Mark were Great! Knowledgeable and The Pros @ what is recommended and needed.
Went for a tire change and changed my front sprocket. In&Out within an hour and the price was right! The Local boys were there when the local Big Dogs couldn't. They are Definitely my Go2 Guys in the future!

My go to place for knowledge of parts and accessories. Sometimes I have to go to EBay or Amazon for a better deal, but get all my service done here.
