While evacuating for a fire I accidentally dropped my favorite binocs; this was a German antique with great glass optics, and I was bummed that I may not be ever able to use them again.called Erik at Mountain Optics, and he did a great job on fixing the misalignment, and also restored the grip surface to new condition! I could not be more pleased.
