AWESOME people + even better service! I was on vacation staying at a nearby hotel and left behind my makeup bag. (this cannot be replaced.duh!) the hotel we stayed at used Mountain Postal to ship me my bag back to Florida and I couldn't be more thankful. It was a pleasure, and they saved me a huge headache!

I was on vacation in Lake Tahoe and I bought a fragile small statue while I was there that I needed to ship home. I went to mountain postal and they sent it out for me, impeccably packed to the point that it should have never broken. Well it did. I called mountain postal and spoke with Tanya who immediately filed a complaint with fed ex. I was eventually reimbursed by fed ex for what I paid for the item. Thank you Tanya for coming through for me, it shows you truly care about your customers! Best wishes!

Five stars all around! Great prices, nice people, and fantastic service. I run a small business out of my home and frequently need to ship items out to my customers. I use mountain postal for all my shipping needs & now that I've found them, I'll never go anywhere else!

I live in Florida and started a business I needed a postal location to help expand my business that was close to my friend. I called mountain postal and was delighted by the friendly staff and the help they gave me since I am not local. They assisted my friend with all the help he needed with the postal box and when larger boxes were shipped they called me and my friend, the owners are very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this business for all your shipping needs.

I want to give a shout out to the people at Mtn Postal. I was visiting Lake Tahoe and left my laptop behind. They picked up my laptop from my hotel, packed it, they were very nice and shipped it for me. It was very reasonable and expertly packed. I would highly recommend them.

I was looking for a shipping company to help an elderly family member with her Christmas deliveries. I called Mountain Postal and I was assured that she would be taken care of. I was extremely impressed by the helpful staff and all the support and guidance they gave my great aunt. She was also happy for all the honesty and kindness that she was given. I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.

My husband and I went up to Lake Tahoe to celebrate our anniversary and stayed in a hotel in S.shore. We got all the way home, a 3 1/2 hour drive, and realized we had left my duffle bag full of electronics and other important things. Needless to say, I was very upset. I called the hotel and they found my bag and advised me of Mountain Pack Postal Pack and Ship. I called them and spoke to Bob and arranged for him to retrieve my bag of goodies pack and ship it to me. I was skeptical that I would get everything back, and imagined it would take some time and thought it would be costly. Bob proved me wrong! I received ALL of my contents, in a timely manner and it was much less expensive than I thought. Thanks Bob for your outstanding customer service, I recommend you for sure! Janet C

The woman who works in this shop is rude and incompetent. I tried to ship a FedEx envelope containing documents to Canada from here. The day after I dropped it off there, she called me and told me it couldn't ship because it was going to Canada and I didn't give her the proper paperwork. I had sealed the envelope myself, filled out the label with the Canada address written in large clear letters, and gave the label to HER. SHE put the label on the envelope. Then she called me the next day blaming me for not giving her the appropriate paperwork to go with the envelope. So I drove back down to the store. When I got there, she handed me the envelope and told me she wouldn't ship it and I would have to go somewhere else to ship it. She blamed me for not telling her the envelope was going to Canada, even though the Canada address was written clearly on the label that she had affixed to the envelope. I asked her what additional documents were required and told her nicely that she should have asked me to fill out those documents when I dropped off the envelope. She became very rude and told me to find somewhere else to ship my package. She is evidently one of those people who needs to blame her own mistakes on someone else.

Went in to drop off a bike I'm shipping to Oregon. I payed shipping through a website and all they had to do was attach shipping labels that I printend myself and stick 1 on each side of the box. The ride lady of the elderly couple very lazely slapped my label on 1 side of my box and slapped the other on on the top by the handle and didn't secure either labels very well so being that my bike is about 1,000 plus dollars I asked if I may use some pacling tape to further secure my labels she said no its not neccasary I said well may I use some it would make me a lot more comfor table as the item I'm shipping is very expensive she then says if you want to use some tape you can buy a roll, so I was like fine whatever charge me she said its 5.13 I pI'll out a 5 dolled bill and say i's this fine, I don't have change and she says no and I'm like really I'm a local and it's 13 cents like way to be an ass. I only wanted 4 6 inche prices of tape if that. Fed ex was much more helpful and understandin I suggest shipping any meaningful items through FedEx at Stateline as mountain postal clearly does not hold the same value and care for your items as you do. Overall terrible service, only go there if you have too.

This place rents mail boxes and I came in on Tue 24 hrs after the thanksgiving weekend and to my surprise my mail in my postal box was locked from me getting it. I had SSI Paper work in the box for my handicap daughter and my paycheck. When I asked why my box is locked I was told MAKE YOUR PAYMENT. When I got mad and yelled back at her to give me my FEDERAL MAIL she said she will be sending all my mail back to sender and is closing my box with out giving me my future packages and mail. They broke there own rules and will know have to answer to our lawyer.

I will give 0 to this place. First a year ago, I try to make copies for my own documents. It was need it to get color prints. The laidy who owns there she said I couldn't do it, I said I need it because was a request for legal issues, she told me I couldn't do it because is ilegal also making color copies is counterfeit, I told her is my own documents and even show my id. She said you can't make color copies, I said ok I'll just make it on black and white. She stayed next to me and I asked could you please stay away from me. She kept telling me, "you can't make color copies", I replied to her that I am making black and white copies and to leave me alone. And she kept yelling and yelling on me. I told her to stop be so rude to me and to stay away from me. I finished to do my copies and pay. This laidy told me "don't ever come back here because you have attitude". I responded to her I think you should check your self and listen to your self how rude you act instead to blame other people. This place have a lack of customer service, even when she read the comments about their stablish, they are still been rude and reply that they need to charge for extra things and that people is especial. May be they are the especial people since they don't know how to deal with people, customer service is not be fighting with the customers. Is to help with the services

I have no clue how people can say the customer service here is bad. I frequent this establishment often and both of the owners are amazing. People should try to be a bit less rude and see what results they get.
