Yvette and Courtney are a great Asset to this property and company! They communicate and answer every call. They make you happy to work WITH them. Hopefully the company recognizes Yvettes professionalism and she could move up in the company. She will manage her own property soon.

It is a very nice Mobile Home Park it has nice pool nice park and it is close to the freeway and a lot of stores

I have lived here since 2012. I am raising a 4 year old and this is the best neighborhood I have ever lived in. All my neighbors are so nice and everyone knows each other. It has that community feel when I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s. The club house is wonderful! The space is really nice with a top notch kitchen, we have all our events there. It’s super spacious and has pool tables and foosball etc. Love the pool and jacuzzi we spend a lot of time up there esp because it’s salt water so it doesn’t hurt my sons respiratory system, very clean and well kept. The trail and park is super nice as well with big rocks to climb and squirrels and bunnies to feed not to mention the gorgeous trees! The manager is great, he helps me with so much around the house like over and beyond his duties and he always answers. I am so happy here and I’ve had big houses in big neighborhoods where I didn’t even know my next door neighbor nor did I ever see kids playing outside. If u have kids or not this community is great for both. Everyone looks out for each other and knows each other. I haven’t felt more safe.
