All I can say is Korina and Tiffany in the office are the Best! They were warming and pleasant. I’m very excited and pleased to live in Mountain Springs in Banning nice neighborhood and people. Home sweet home! Thank you Korina and Tiffany for everything!

Korina and Tiffany from the front office were so friendly and helpful with the Beaumont Pickleball Association group beginners lesson today! They were so accommodating to the presenters and welcoming to the residents. What a beautiful facility and a fun way to meet new people! Everyone was so friendly and excited to try a new sport. My grandma lives here at Mountain Springs. She is so happy and the staff is so kind. She always tells me about Korina the manager. She goes above and beyond helping the residents in a kind manner.

Plus they serve one of the best coffees around. It’s a joy to have these dynamic duo keeping things lively at the office and to know that they have your back. Beautiful park and I absolutely love living here but the constant increase in space rent is going to end up forcing me out. Living on Social Security and having well over half go to space rent doesn’t leave much to survive. As others have said, the parking rules are ridiculous. I’m lucky to have a large driveway but many here do not. How can we change that rules here?
