Mountain View Acres RV Park, Chico CA

It's okay, rent is average for chico mobile parks and the new manager is very nice so all in all not too bad.

Management is terrible poor communication, they management rudely interrupts you and tell you they they don’t have time to listen to you, they are completely disrespectful, they came into my yard without asking to work on septic, made false accusations of me leaving trash in the parking lot because my car was parked there, and they don’t listen to a thing you have to say

I agree with others on here about condition of the trailer park. If I could afford to move my mobile home out of here I would. Rent goes up every year while park quality goes down. Ugh

Not sure what’s happening with the park. It used to be very family friendly and the management isn’t keeping up with it. We would really like for it to go back to the old ways!

My cousin always has her son's Birthday party in the Rec Room. Clean, has a kitchen and bathrooms. It's a decent size area for events of all sorts. There's also a pool but i don't know the deals for it.

Big changes on the horizon for Mountain View Acres. Dedicated owners, making this park a great place to live.

I have lived here four years lot of new changes good new management bad no more pool and open field for pets need more care rent to high for the quality of park

I am taking over as the new maintenance man. The property itself is a lil lacking on the curb appeal, but the people whom live here are very friendly, and Jennifer, the manager, is fantastic!

Park went downhill. Owners let go professional services that kept park decent. Pool service gone, no more lot inspections which means broken down cars and junk in space lots. Way to much to list. Don't rent space here.

I lived in Mountain View Acres for a bit and found it to be a pretty good place to live. I never saw people growing marijuana "right in front of the pool", however the park did smell of marijuana. I did a little bit of novice detective work and it would seem as though the smell was coming from unit 265. Although there are some negetives to the park, I have to say that a big possitive would have to be the employees of the park. The maintence guy is very friendly and the manager was always friendly, personable and very helpful. Whenever I had a question or a problem she would either fix it or help me figure it out.

I live here and besides the few neighbors who suck this place really isn't too bad. The owners need to put some more effort into maintenance but in the same breath we only pay 547 a month for space rent when you can't rent any were else in chico with a two bed two bath and yard for under 1000 anymore! So I don't mind it that we don't have the best amminity selection because for the price and location it's a darn good place to live.
