I would give them no stars if I could. Their office gave me incorrect information and severely inconvenienced me in the process, and refused to do anything to rectify the situation.

When i first arrived the lady at the counter told me she couldn't find me on the schedule and i was going to get quickly irritated especially after having to go through the horrible prep for the procedure but another lady came to help and quickly resolved the issue and found my appointment. I was so nervous to have this procedure done as I had heard some not so pleasant and scary experiences but it actually all went so smoothly. All the workers here were great and made me feel relaxed and told me not to worry and that it would be quick and easy, that I wouldn't feel a thing and that I'd be in recovery before I knew it and thats exactly how it went. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist and Dr, it was all a positive experience. Thank you to everyone who took care of me through what I thought was going to be a horrible experience.

Very smooth procedure. The doctor, anesthetist, and staff were very professional. The only thing that I could see needing improvement, is to please let the patient and driver know ahead of time of the process and don't wait until they are separated or until the driver gets the call for pick up. Other than that, very happy with the service.

Mt. View Surgery Center, is a facility that need to close its doors.
I decided to call the facility a few days before the procedure, we I encountered to most unintelligent individual on earth, she was rude, speaking unclear and unknowledgeable. I had to request that she slow down with her speech. Then the day before my procedure I called the facility to make sure I was scheduled, the receptionist informed me that I was not scheduled and did I have an appointment, I informed her that I had my referral and was given a date for July, I requested her to really check on her system, she did, then informed my that she didn’t see my name, she was impatient
I asked to speak to a supervisor, thank God she was setting next to the receptionist, I explained to her the problem and I was told, well she’s in training OMG. After that I canceled my appointment, if the staff is that pathetic, I sure don’t want to know the physician that’s going to perform the procedure.
If you want your Colonoscopy done, have it done at Kaiser.

I was surprised to see the number of people in the lobby at 0730. The staff was accustomed to dealing with a large number of patients, they did their job effectively & efficiently, while maintaining professionalism. Dr. Reddy had been my gastroenterologist when he worked for Beaver Medical. He is an excellent doctor, very thorough and considerate. I have had this procedure more times than I want to remember, but this was the best overall experience I have had from start to finish. It took all of about 90 minutes or so from walking in to walking out. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility and their staff.

I had colonoscopy yesterday with Dr. Evans. At first I had gotten upset because there was a wait and I am not usually like that. I am so sorry! My husband is bedridden and I needed someone with him. I just wasn’t myself but I wanted to say everyone was super wonderful! Very caring! Dr. Evans, so sweet too, so definitely 5+ Rating. You make patients feel so comfortable and relaxed!

My wife had a procedure well organized place, from start to finish. Employee's are professional and courteous and take care of patients with great care.

I have been on hold as caller number for over 2 hours now. My husband called earlier today was on hold 1.45 hours left 2 messages for Kaiser and still no answer just to make his appointment. This is very unprofessional and no reason for it. Still waiting and now reading all the reviews I’m not sure I want him to use this place Kaiser has sent him to for his colonoscopy.

I have been trying to reach Mountain View Surgery Center to get my husband's RX resubmitted for the past 48 hours and NOBODY has ANSWERED or returned my calls it's like nobody works there. I've left like 10 messages. RIDICOULUS am reporting them to my Kaiser Insurance.

Worst experience for my wife. Nurse and doctor were unprofessional. And for them to say my wife was lieing was up most unprofessional thing to say. Doctor was unprofessional and nurse page calling my wife a lier was 100 percent unprofessional of her

We waited over four hours past the appointment time for a colonoscopy. At that point my mother had gone 48 hours without eating. Other patients waited similar times and were suffering similarly. I don't blame the nurses or the office staff in any way; however, whoever is in charge of scheduling needs to figure out proper scheduling so they don't get so far behind on their appointments! It's not fair to the patients or the staff who have to deal with upset patients.

Procedure was smooth and timely. Dr Rakoski and staff were extremely nice and professional. I recommend Mountain View Surgery Center.

From the beginning to present my experience w/ Mt View has been completely unpleasant. Getting ahold of the doctor to schedule an appointment took weeks. The voice recording states if a message is left your call will be returned & it was not. I had to call my primary doctor & they connected me w/ the nurse to schedule the appointment. It ended up being rescheduled because I got sick & I never got updated instructions. Now I’m 2 months since the procedure & still haven’t received results. No returned call. No results. Can’t get ahold of them. Absolutely the worst! Please save yourself the hassle and do not go to this place.
