Fantastic experience. Got me in and out with brand new tires in record time. Employees were nice and explained things in their entirety. Will definitely come back.

I've been to this place twice for a nail in my tire. They had me in and out of there in about 20 mins or less. Both times when I arrived they took care of me immediately. If there are cars waiting to get taken care of your repair could take longer. It only cost $20 for the tire repair and they take Apple Pay.
I sat in the comfort of my own car while they got the job done.

Excellent customer service! Good communication regarding the part we needed. Steve was very helpful as we are from out of town and he treated us like family.

I purchased tires in December of 2018. I went in for the complimentary tire rotations as stated in their warranty terms. When I went in February of this year I was told that they would not rotate the tires because of the age of the tire. The warranty does not state anything about the age of the tire being a factor in honoring their warranty. I guess lifetime does not really mean lifetime.

Very happy costumer! Miguel was very professional and provided great customer service, while Gary provided excellent work on the spot! I had a screw in my tire and they took care of it right when I got there. I was in and out in 20 mins and they were so nice! I will definitely be back and will be telling all my friends to avoid the bigger guys down the street and come straight here!

I was very satisfied with the fast service and excellent price I got for four new tires on my minivan. I went to the big box shop tire center up the street and was quoted over $150 more than I paid here and they didn't even have my tires in stock. I left and went literally 2 blocks down the street and found Mountain View. Boy was I happy! The tires I needed were in stock and I did not have to wait. They did a fast and professional installation on all four tires. I was set and ready to go in a little bit over an hour and I did not have an appointment. Great price on 4 new tires for my minivan $530 out the door with taxes and install. Thank you Mountain View I'll be back!

Your hours say open at 7: 30am. Worker is inside and it’s 7.45 and they are still not open. Your website for updates are out dated. Expired dates are September 2022?

Don't go here if you are a female, they really try to swindle you. They called me and told me I needed services totaling over $900 and I declined, I took it somewhere else and the other place didn't detect any of the issues Mountainview alleged that I needed. In addition, my roommate brought her car here for an oil change. She had recently had maintenance done at her dealer before her warranty ended and they replaced her spark plugs with brand new ones. Mountainview told her she needed new spark plugs! She got new ones ONE MONTH before this. She took it back to the dealer who confirmed they did replace them and she certainly didn't need new ones. Last thing is they told me I needed new windshield wipers, which I did, but I had already purchased the replacements and my dad was going to put them on the next day when he arrived in California. I told them that, and mysteriously one of the windshield wipers was missing the next day. I didn't even call because I wouldn't be able to prove it. But if you do decide to go here, remove anything from your car you don't want stolen. I will never be going to any of their locations, but the North Hollywood one is most definitely shady.

I’ve been going to Mountain View for 2+ years now and they always get the job done right! They helped with an ongoing issue I’ve had for months now with my vehicle and helped me out ASAP! Ask for Walter next time you come to the North Hollywood Mountain View and he will take care of you and your vehicle professionally!

This has been our go-to tire spot for years! They do a great job and are very fair. Steve is the bomb!

Great, friendly service. I had a laundry list of things done on my car and they were able to get me in and out in the span of about 3 hours on a Saturday. A little pricey, perhaps, but the workmanship is worth it.

Recently my family took my 18 year old sister’s car here for a power steering wheel installation. Take note that her car has been running for years without any problems.

Less than a day after having the power steering wheel installation, at Mountain View Tire in Burbank California, her car caught on fire on the 5 freeway and was totaled. She lost all of her possessions, and thankfully was able to get out of the car.

Mountain View took absolutely NO responsibility. Would not even acknowledge that their work could have killed someone.

Now we are out a car and they won’t even speak to us about making it right. We aren’t trying to sue. We only want their quality of work to be checked and to be acknowledged.
