Mountain View tires in Burbank on Magnolia I went to Efren and he changed all four of my tires and did an excellent job and he’s a very nice guy. I’ve been going there for four years and I’m very happy with the service there especially from Efrain. He did an excellent job on my tires balancing them rotating them. He also change my oil in the car run smoother than ever.

With all the rain we have had recently, the infamous LA potholes continue to worsen. This past weekend, on my birthday, I discovered one of these potholes on Cahuenga Blvd during rush hour traffic coming back from Hollywood. It was dark Rain was pouring. It was about 40 degrees outside plus wind. I got stranded on a very dangerous curve of Cahuenga for 3 hours waiting on roadside assistance. I ended up getting sick and completely lost my voice. So, the next day, when I had to purchase new tires, I went to Mountain View on Magnolia Ave. Jeffery was extremely patient with me as I struggled to speak, barely able to make a whisper. They did not have my size tires in stock and had to order them. A friend picked me up. It ended up taking most of the day. I worried about, when Jeffrey would call to let me know the car was ready, how I would even be able to answer the phone without him thinking the call had dropped. He ultimately called with some questions. I did the best I could to speak. He was very attentive and patient, and somehow was able to understand basically everything I was saying. Not only was I satisfied with the price of my 4 new tires, I greatly appreciated the customer service he provided. Once I get my voice back, I'll be sure to let my friends know where they should go for tires.

Perhaps it was the rainy weather that cause a pothole on the road making this place excessively busy here this time or maybe it was because they were short staffed? Whatever it was, these guys working hard but are super disorganized and overwhelmed even turning away customers. Maybe in a good day it’d be a better experience.

We went here randomly because we got a flat tire on a Sunday (when most garages are closed) - they were fantastic! Kind, informative, honest and did things quickly, professionally & had less expensive pricing than other garages! I definitely recommend going here and we'll continue to do our business with Mountain View Tire & Auto Service!

I’ve been here twice now and both times were great experiences. They aren’t pushy and recommend services and give you timelines for when they suggest they be handled. Everyone I have encountered here is nice, but Yuliana is just the absolute sweetest.

I sincerely always feel taken care of at this location and I swear my service just keeps getting better and better every time I come here. I specifically want to thank Jeff for my most recent visit. Jeff was an absolute star - he really took the time to listen to what my concerns were, explain the different paths to find a specific solution for me and my car, and ultimately helped me come up with a plan on what needed to be taken care of first so I could safely continue driving while also being mindful of my wallet. He was a huge help and really helped alleviate car-repair related anxiety and overall general pain over having to get car maintenance. It's been about a week and my car is running and operating smoothly and I really appreciate the help and care I received! Thank you!

Awful service! Needed my break pads to be changed, spent $400 and a week later the (ABS) break signs appeared again.

One of the best services and experiences by far. The manager is efficient and friendly and has a great attention to detail. Her staff is professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I appreciate all they did for my mother and myself. This location went above and beyond to set the culture of what a customer experience should look like.

I have been coming here for many years, because everyone here is knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented. It is difficult these days to find a repair shop that you can trust and that will not try to rip you off but, this is the place.

Efrain, Juliana, and the entire staff always provide great service with a smile. It does not get better than this.

My husband and I take our cars to Mountain View Tire for quick, easy & affordable maintenance and repairs. They are the BEST! Note: Everyone here is so helpful. They've changed the batteries in my car remote a couple of times for no charge (I provided the batteries). Seriously, these guys are great!

If I could give 10 stars to the crew at Mountain View Tire in Burbank, I would. I found this place a few years ago after receiving a $1200 estimate at Pep Boys in Studio City. After reading reviews I decided to get a second opinion here. Jeff and Efren, who manage and provide front desk service, were kind, honest, and thoroughly explained my cars needs without sounding patronizing. In fact they are some of the nicest people I’ve worked with. In the end I didn’t need all the services Pep Boys was estimating and my bill was well under $500. I’ve been coming to MT ever since for additional needs (oil changes, filter changes, tire changes, etc) and my car and I have only been treated with kindness and respect. The prices are fair and they send coupons and service reminders in the mail. I usually wait during my service and observe their conversations with other customers (I’m actually here right now and felt compelled to write this). They are good people and make you (and your vehicle) feel valued. I highly recommend Mountain View Tire on Magnolia in Burbank. Thank you MT for demonstrating excellent service!

Went in for a set of tires and a great experience working with Efrain. He was patient and helpful in explaining my options and giving me time to think things through without feeling pressured. Install took a few hours because they were shorter staffed on a Sunday, but I appreciated the Sunday appointment slot and the shop is right there along Magnolia Park, so there are plenty of things to walk around and see while you wait.

The “mechanic” was supposed to fix my oil leaks and he didn’t resolve the issue. He also installed my pcv valve incorrectly. I went else where and they fixed my issues correctly. When I told the girl who works at the front desk what happened, she got overly emotional and defended the mechanics below sub par work. She talks over you and doesn’t let you get a word in. Unprofessional place. Will not come back
