I had the best experience at Mountain View, I got there right as they opened this morning at 7: 30 AM with a mail on my tire, initially I was told I couldn’t be seen until 9 AM which was unfortunate because that would make me late for work. Gary put my mind at ease, called in a member to do my patch and got me out of the store by 8: 10, while dealing with at least 6 other customers. I am amazed by how quickly I was taken care of. This team is wonderful, kind, and fast. I couldn’t be happier and recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks Gary!
First time buying tires here and it was a good experience. Gerardo was friendly and explained everything in full detail. They went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this place for tires. Will be buying all my tires here from now on.
Excellent service, I have been coming here since 2008 and have had many cars serviced here as well as had my tires replaced. I always buy the extended warranty for my tires and whenever I have had to use it I never have a hassle with implementing the warranty for replacement or repair. This place really is awesome.

I had my car serviced here twice, they will always upsell you but it is your choice to accept or not. Both times i did accept and spent well over my initial estimate. The last time i came to have my breaks done and was upsold rear struts, i agreed and picked up my car on a Friday at 4: 30pm, almost closing time. Later i realized my back seat was lose and returned to find out hey broke a clip that holds the seat and didn't bother to tell me. I was promised a call once the part arrived from the dealer, no call, nothing until i call 2 weeks later to learn the part didn't arrive. I ended up fixing it myself. Not returning here again.
