I had to do a lot of major work on my Subaru, and Ryan and his team were extremely helpful. They were honest, helped me to get the best prices, and Ryan patiently explained the specifics on what they were adjusting when it was hard for me to understand.
This is a trustworthy auto service, and I highly recommend them to any and all needing to find a place to work on your car.

An honest shop, they do exist. I already knew they cared about the quality of their work because of brief conversations when I used to deliver parts and the honesty still comes through even as a customer. Previous mechanics put my hubcaps on the wrong way making it impossible to put air in my tires because the valve stems were not visible. I assumed they weren’t included with the new tires (as apparently they can come). They removed the hubcaps to work on it and there they were, the valve stems. They let me know and put some air in them. So appreciative, thanks guys!

Battery wouldnt charge and they said it was a new alternator with just a loose belt. 150 bucks later I was still having the same problem and took it back. They said it was a short that they cant fix. Took it elsewhere and it was the alternator all along and it wasnt even new. Basically stole 150 from me. Won't be going there again.

Upon leaving asked them to turn off check engine light which wasn't on upon delivery of vehicle (batterychange). Was told they had not hooked up to the Diagnostic system? Therefore they would not. Noticed brake light out before leaving parking lot. Pulled back in and was told it would be $57.00 to change bulb. Master thieves not mechanics.

I bought 4 new rims online and brought them to purchase and mount 4 new tires. I installed the wheels on my car at home and when I drove my car the next day the car would not stop shaking. I took my car to another tire shop to get my car looked at because this shop was closed. None of the wheels were balanced. Paid more than $1,300 for new tires. They did not balance any of the tires, and I even bought the workers food from Taco Bell. I always go to Americas Tire in Murrieta but they did not have the tire size I needed. I recommend going there instead of here. I won't EVER be coming back!

They tried, as far as I believe, management would let them to diagnose a computer problem with my van. I just don't think the guy was allowed to do the repair. Easy money is probably their mission statement

The Customer Service at this place is so outstanding. Charlie is so helpful and knowledgeable on identifying the problems right away. I totally trust their recommendations and will always bring my car in for service here! Very Trustworthy!

Stellar customer service! Charlie is the most accommodating shop manager I've met yet. As a multi-car owner, I am a patron to his shop annually. The techs that service the shop know what they're doing and I know any quote I'm given is given with integrity and honesty. The shop is clean and there are numerous eateries surrounding the shop so you can grad a bite while you're waiting for you car.

Do not go here if you want quality work done on your car, my fiancé had her rear brake pads and some other services done her car 08/24/19. The total was over 500 dollars, only a little over a year later with less than 30k miles and the brakes already went bad. Not trusting this place to do another bad job we went else where. Which I suggest you do.

Amazing service x2 now! I brought in my trailer tire with a puncture and they fixed it at no charge! So when I had a puncture in my Volt (no spare) I had it towed to them and they fixed it for free again! I don't know what else to say but I will buy my tires there next time I'm due.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had purchased my set of tires from a different Mountain View location, but decided to go to this one since it is closer to my home. They fixed my damaged tire and more, and did it fast. Best experience getting a tire changed or fixed I've had at a location. They definitely have my business going forward.

They give excellent customer service. I have been going to Mountain View stations for over 15 yrs and never had a poor experience.
