Mountain View Tire & Auto Service, Rancho Cucamonga CA

Decided to give them a try since they are close to where I live. I received four new tires, a wheel alignment, and an oil change. Everything went smoothly, price was reasonable, and car was ready in only a couple of hours. Customer service is good and they make you feel like they care about your car. I would recommend and plan on returning for future auto needs.

Quick and fast service. Sam was easy to communicate with and awesome! Definitely recommend.

Great service, they were willing to help check out our air conditioning problem, unfortunately it isn't fixable, but they did try their best.

This is my first time at this location and it was a great experience. I took my car in yesterday to get a tire patch and oil change. Sonny was the guy working the desk and he was very helpful. They inspected my car and rotated the tires for free as well. The whole thing took less than an hour. Nice waiting room too. Definitely going to be coming back here often. Thank you!

I have been getting tires from here for years and I got my struts done they told me lifetime warranty at the time of the struts I call to verify dude tells me 12000 miles warranty and there prices are a lot higher then other shops do not trust this place they constantly price gouge and lie to get your service I even asked the guy at purchase where does it show the warranty on my reciept he said don’t worry it shows in our computer system I will never be coming back here they are dishonest and rip uou off

Took car for carvana warranty Sam was very knowledgeable and pushed through the necessary authorization for repair. Alignment got skipped, and lower engine cover not installed correctly, but great job replacing the lower control arms. As a mechanic, I may have a high expectation. I would return and give them another try as they looked swamped. Thanks guys.

After checking the price on the Internet which was less than $175
I came with my van driving on the bad tire until its gone the guy realized that I need it so bad the price suddenly $252 the worst place to go for your tires service
I have no idea how those kind of people continue having Customer

I've been here twice now in the past few months and dealt with different employees each time. They're extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The first time every shop in the area said they wouldn't have my car done for a day or, Mountain View was able to get it done for me in 2 hours and still appeared very busy. They notified me of several issues with my car (which was entirely expected due to how I maintain my vehicles) but didn't pressure me to get everything done and instead worked with me to get just what I needed. I had an invaluable experience today that was probably nothing for them and I was out of there in 10 minutes and definitely sold me on continuing to get service done here even though I live about an hour away. Definitely recommend at least giving them a shot.

On the way home from work my tire pressure light came on and sure enough I had a nail in one of my tires. I came in and was assisted quickly. The customer service was great and I was not forced or pressured to purchase a specific service. The entire service for a patch on my tire took a little over an hour. I’m really grateful to have found an honest tire shop. I will be returning & will be reccomending this shop to my friends and family.

Great staff working at this location. The manager, Rossano, took care of my car quickly after I got something in a tire. Fast, friendly and professional service.
