Mountain View Tire & Auto Service, Murrieta CA

Had an emergency situation after another tire service failed to put my tire on right. I pulled in here on my last leg, and they took care of me. Thanks to John and all of the guy’s down at Mountain View tire and auto in murrieta on date rd.

Simply put, asked if i could bring in my own new break pads that i have a warrenty on.no problem.could you skip all the inspections and just put the pads on because my wife and kids are with me.no problem. In and out in 30 minutes. Would use this place for a break job

I came in for new brakes and rotors and ozzy was the man for the job! He was very helpful and went above and behind to help me out, super grateful for the experience and all the help he provided, 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back!

I came in to patch one of my tires, it had a nail in it. I came in to Mountain View and Ozzy greeted my husband and I very professionally and friendly. As soon as they pulled the car back we were told it was a false alarm. I appreciate the honesty and their service. Thank you Ozzy and Michael!

Took our Sprinter van in for an oil change and had it done under an hour. Thank you Ozzy for getting me in on short notice. Definitely will be back with all my vehicles.

John is the man hands down! He goes above and beyond for the customers. The few staff members I've met there are all pretty chill guys. Took my car there to get a manifold replacement as well as some other parts and had my car back the next day. All my vehicles have a new shop I will be going to long as I live in the area.

Update: 9/10.took my Car today to get a belt install and Ozzy and Chris took care of it pronto I was in and out within 30mins. These guys always treat me like family and that means a lot to me. Thanks again guys for your service especially on a Sunday!

I had a flat and was supposed to be in Van Nuys for a business meeting in a few hours. After I explained my situation, they got me back on the road in a little less than an hour and put on a new quality tire that was comparable to my other Goodyears. I would recommend them for excellent service as they really came through when I needed it - and I made my appointment on time.

Thanks a great bunch to Mountain View Tire. They are a life saver. My tire went flat on a Sunday morning, so I searched around to find that they were the only ones open. If they weren't, I would've been stuck 100 miles from my destination. Ozzy is the best, with his helpful and most friendly personality I've come across. Everything was quick and easy thanks to him and Chris, the best tech in the west. You guys are AWESOME!

I had a person named ozzy a auto tech assisting me with excellent customer service at mountain view, he went the extra mile to make sure my suv got service correctly. Excellent customer service and mechanical work to have your vehicle done at this repair shop.

Ozzy and John have always been super helpful with my Buick Enclave’s service. I have been taking my car here for a few years now and greatly prefer it to the dealership or other shops closer to my house in Temecula. I use this place for both Tire and Mechanical Issues I’ve experienced.

The skid plate on my Honda came loose while on vacation. Thankfully they were open on a Sunday and Ozzy helped us take it off and didn’t charge us. Thanks so much!

Horrible business if you care about your car and your time then never go there. They will see you come in and have you waiting at the front desk for service and just ignore you. The old man just sits in his office and stares at you but wont help and yells that someone’s coming to just wait. I stood at the desk for 15 min with no help then proceeded to call a different tire shop to make a new appointment since this establishment obviously can’t service there customers. Do not go there if you value your time and safety of your vehicle! Your money should not be wasted with this greedy, selfish, and lazy incompetent business. Have a great day and choose a better business for whoever is reading this.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not waste your money or time here. I took the time to make an appointment and when I showed up I stood at the front desk for 20 min while the Manager was behind his desk and just kept looking up at me. He then Proceeded to close his office door while I was still waiting for assistance, I left after not being serviced.
