Called to cancel an order over the phone. They said they would send me a confirmation and never did. I emailed twice to cancel and no response. What's going on?

Hello my name is Kevin Leal, I recently purchased a 2016 FOCUS ST and wanted to get the most out of the car performance wise so after digging around online I come to find “Mountune” these guys are legends when it comes to ford and building race cars / engines you name it. I had a great experience bringing my car down I purchased the b5 package that seriously woke my car up, it feels like a whole different animal… the package was worth every penny and I can’t wait to go back and get more parts installed.

The guys at mountune are extremely professional… and polite … the guys are building engines, working on cars, doing paper work it’s a full on all in one business. I impressed and like I mentioned I will be back for more parts to be installed on my focus ST for sure. I know I can trust these guys.

Had a vintage Lotus Twin Cam engine rebuilt by Mountune. I'm very happy all aspects of the job. Quality of work preformed, turnaround time and pricing. I highly recommend their services.

Passionate, knowledgeable Ford mechanics who specialize in tuned (modified) Fords, but track (or "spirited driving") brakes, a short-shifter, rear motor mount and suspension tweaks made my Fiesta ST an even more engaging ride.

Very poor customer service and they severely misrepresent their products. They delete all unfavorable reviews on their website. Please look elsewhere for tuners or modifications of any kind to avoid this headache of a company.

Ordered a catch can system from them. The product seems to be decent. Instructions could be better. Pictures of only 3 of the 4 connections points, so you'll be guessing on the 4th connection. I believe this setup is also overly priced, especially when most other kits come with the lines pre-cut and no step-downs in the houses. Good luck mounting the catch cans without riv nuts. Also, this comes with an extremely hefty 15% restocking fee when the item is brand new in the box. The return policy is not clearly displayed on the item page or checkout page. You much find it buried in the FAQ section. I will not order from Mountune again, and I have sent back my entire order and will be ordering from another manufacture.

I got a awesome deal on wheels for my fiesta st and customer service was great. They answered all my questions about my order and were super nice on the phone.

I used to do a good bit of business with this company purchasing their kits for the Fiesta ST so logically I thought I would buy the turbo upgrade since the dyno graphs indicate the potential, but unfortunately that is all they offer. Even with the MR 280 if you thought this would have been like the MP 215 or MR 230 you would receive a calibration flash which now you won’t. You’ll receive parts only and a booklet for installation. I feel the graphs are incorrectly marketed as that tune was only achieved through mountune in house with a calibration that you will not receive or purchase. I would not advise this process to anyone.

Will not refund money after cancelling the order in less than 24 hours. Won't pick up the phone.do not order from these scammers

I bought around $3000 worth of parts for a Ford Raptor Online from them about 4 months ago. Now in almost July I am still waiting for parts to arrive. They tell me deadlines and then miss them everytime I ask about them.

Came in for lowering springs install. They had the part in stock and were done in 2 hours from a quoted 3-4. Great service will be returning.

Thanks to Eric and the crew at Mountune the drive home was amazing after all the mountune parts were installed. MRX Intercooler w/Charge Pipe kit, Radiator w/ Hoses, Motorcraft plugs, Radium oil catch can kit w/ drainkit, Breather plate, Symposer delete and Velossa tech Ram air scoop.

For anyone who doesn’t know (lol), Mountune is a legendary rally sport aftermarket parts manufacturer that I am thrilled and proud to rep their products on my 2017 Ford Focus RS.

Personally, I ordered the B7 package and V2X exhaust system and the entire B7 package arrived within 7 days in perfect packaging. The exhaust is on back order and will take a month or more to ship. The wait is not a big deal for me at all and I am more than happy to wait for the excellence Mountune parts provide.

I would suggest for anyone seeking parts expecting >immediate availability< to first call and speak with a sales rep prior to purchase to ensure what your wanting is in stock.

I think much of the negative reviews stem from the normalcy of instant gratification with million dollar back end infrastructure powering major corporations like Amazon and Walmart. Sadly people have been preconditioned to expect the same from small businesses and are too easily dissatisfied when there’s a bit of a wait.

While indeed a legend in motorsports, Mountune is very much so a small business and the wheels turn a little slower than many of the giant corporations you may frequently order from - so exercise some patience if you place an order - and don’t expect everything to ship the next day without contacting them first. The Mountune brand is larger than life, but we are only human after all

Knowing that you’re investing in the best parts money can buy should be all the assurance needed so that when your parts do ship it makes receiving them well worth the wait.

Ordered wheels back in November when the website said they were in stock, after emailing multiple times i got an answer saying they won't be in stock for another month or so. They agreed to cancel my order and give me a refund and almost two weeks later still no cancel confirmation email or a refund. This is ridiculous, buy your parts from someone else.

I ordered a set of front and rear brakes for my RS. 7 days later I called inquiring when my order would be shipped. My order is apparently back ordered and I received ZERO notifications (my brakes are in dire need of replacement and are rubbing at my rotors due to valet drivers goofing off). I check the website again and it still says "in stock". Canceled my order and went took my business elsewhere. Lack of communication and improper depiction of stock availability online.

There were some supplier issues and customer service issues with my order but Candace sorted them out very well. This would have been a negative review without her. All of the rest of the parts I received on time and they are of high quality
