I had the opportunity to work with Stephen - nothing but good things to say!

One of my favorite things about Movement Society and Stephen is that they help you create personalized goals for your needs, without making the work feel like a punishment. They are truly there to coach you into creating healthy and SUSTAINABLE habits to help you reach your fitness goals.

If you are an athlete, if you are a dancer, if you are in need of guidance on your fitness journey, I highly HIGHLY recommend their services!

Absolutely LOVE this facility and all of the trainers there! Very welcoming, private, and motivating. Training at Movement Society with Tawnya has absolutely changed the way I physically and mentally feel as a creative entrepreneur. So thankful for their time and effort into creating this beautiful facility!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Coach Tawnya and Movement Society. I hit a low point during the quarantine, and needed to make major changes. Tawnya was the shot in the arm that I needed. Her attitude, compassion, and training knowledge are truly world-class. It doesn’t matter how much time I’d spent in gyms over the years - there were basic, fundamental problems in my movement skills that needed a lot of work. Tawnya brought everything into sharp focus - all the way down to breathing.

The results have been astonishing. I’m crushing personal records in pull-ups and deadlifts. I haven’t felt this good since I was in my 20s. She teaches me something new every time we train, and I love seeing her first thing in the morning!

Wow! The first word that comes to mind is WOW! I have seen quite a few trainers, instructors, and fitness teachers in my day, and Tawnya at Movement Society is the absolute best! Her movement background is unmatched with her many successful years in her dance craft, giving her a deep foundation and understanding of proper mechanics, healthy movement patterns, and building a strong body. Tawnya is a true expert in the fitness space. She has a gift for meeting you where you are at and building not only muscle but most importantly your confidence. Her whole-hearted approach will help you adopt exercise and healthy living as a lifestyle, a mindset, and apart of your identity.

I have never been excited to wake up early and prioritize my health until her. I can’t wait to jump out of bed at 5am to go work with her. Her workout routines are tailored, individualized to my evolving needs, and fun! She is engaged, detail-oriented, empathetic, and your #1 cheerleader. I have never worked with someone that has supported me in every sense of the word. If you have the honor to work with her, results will go beyond the physical appearance but will outstandingly impact your mind and spirit as well.

Thank you Tawnya for everything you do. You are truly life saving and life changing. You are an incredible trainer and an even more amazing friend. Blessed to know you and work with you. To many more workouts ahead!

Tawnya’s simply the best! As a dancer who wanted to improve his overall performance Tawnya has been nothing but incredibly helpful in providing me all the tools I need. She’s also incredibly flexible and accommodating both in terms of her programming when complications arise, and also in terms of scheduling. Couldn’t recommend anyone more highly if you’re looking for help on your fitness journey.

Movement Society was great with their communication, getting to my email about joining within one or two days. My coach, Stephen, was very attentive in what my goals were and changed the program to fit what my current needs were. He gave a lesson on nutrition, provided tips and tricks on how to perform exercises that I haven't seen before, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The monthly meetings were very helpful to hash out any changes in goals and updates on how the workouts feel. I learned a lot over the past 6-7 months and it was a great experience working with them.

I've been working with Tawnya for a little under a year now and can't recommend her enough! She puts a lot of thought into tailoring your workout regimen based on your current lifestyle + goals. I'm feeling huge improvements in balance, athleticism, strength, and just health in general. As a trainer she's really encouraging and fun to work with and I always look forward to my sessions.

Tawnya is my personal trainer— she is very knowledgeable, passionate, adaptable, and a caring person that you wish you could work with every day!

From her coaching, I am reminded daily of how I could better utilize my body to perform at its best capacity, and the lifestyle I want to achieve.

Id recommend her to anyone, from any background/goals/current level of functioning!

Training with Movement Society, specifically Coach Tawnya, changed my LIFE in more ways than I can explain in an online review. Before the pandemic, I was super active between dancing, bouldering, and working out at the gym but that all came to a screeching halt with the stay at home orders. I was also super stressed out with work at the time when I started working with Tawnya. I came to a point where I was tired of the way I was living, and Tawnya helped me reincorporate movement into my life on a regular basis. She's a super encouraging, yet patient trainer. I really appreciated how she designed the workouts so I wasn't doing too too much too soon. I started in March 2021, and still going strong with her today. Our workouts are so fun, and I don't plan on stopping our sessions any time soon. I feel healthier, stronger, and less stressed. 1000000% recommend working with Tawnya if you want a positive life change.

As a trainer/coach myself I learned so much through the “Dancers are athletes” program. Everything I learned went above and beyond expected. The attention to detail when it came to programming was really great in how it helped me see my progress week to week. If you are a dancer or a fitness professional, I would highly recommend it! Every coach dropped awesome knowledge on us and really helped motivate us every week.

Working with Tawnya under Movement Society has definitely shifted my lifestyle. No matter how long I've been working out prior, Tawnya helped me focus and tend to movements I never paid attention to. With her, I was able to set attainable goals and even during my back injury she was able to shift our goals to regain progress. The amount of effort, patience, and time she gave me is well worth it

You can never go wrong working with any of their well qualified trainers and I do be. Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve their life
